Located in Central Kihei nestled on the northern end of beautiful Halama Street. Family-owned and operated legal short-term rental. We offer 1 to 6-bedroom options. The main two-story building consists of Unit #1-4. Unit # 1 is on the first floor. It is a 2 B/R 1 B/A unit, the master bedroom is Oceanside and has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full kitchen and bathroom with a step-in shower, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a dinning table that seats 4 to 6 people. Unit# 2 is also on the first floor. It has a queen bed; the living room faces the ocean and has a sofa sleeper and a leaf dining table that seats 3 adults. There is a full bath with a walk- in shower. Unit #3 is a two bedrooms, upstairs unit with its own entry; a full kitchen and a bathroom/tub shower . Dining table seats 4 to 6 . Master bedroom has a king bed and a private deck which faces the ocean. The second bedroom is mountain side and has a queen bed. Unit #4 has the same layout as Unit #2, except it is located on the second floor. It has a full kitchen and full bath with a tub/shower combo. The living room, with a sofa sleeper, has an attached deck, both of which face the ocean. The two upstairs units, Units 3 & 4 units adjoin the living rooms but can be locked out from the one bedroom. Coin-operated Laundry area on the property is avail for guest use. All units in the main building are oceanfront. Outside gas grills, tables, and lounge chairs are available for all guests to enjoy on the grassy lawn area fronting the ocean. Beach Is about 100-foot steps to a sandy beach some snorkeling, pole fishing, windsurfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kite surfing kayaking, and more. Have it all in your backyard! Swim with the honu (green sea turtles) or enjoy breathtaking whale watching. End your day with a barbeque and an unforgettable sunset. Very peaceful surroundings. Close to stores, banks, restaurants post office, and more........
Stairs are necessary to access the main dwelling, The owner resides on the property, in a separate ohana #5, #6 on the street side of the property.
