We specifically chose this location because it is conveniently close to everything but is not right in the middle of the touristy side of Kihei. The complex itself is a mix of vacationers, part-time residents, and full-time residents so it feels more like a home than a busy resort or hotel. The best part of its location is being directly oceanfront.
As you sip your morning coffee on the lanai and look out into the deep blue ocean with the entire day ahead of you, you will be faced with a tough decision. What do I want to do today? Go for a quiet morning walk along the miles of beach keeping an eye out for giant green sea turtles and breaching whales?
If you are feeling adventurous, you can rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard, or take surf lessons from the local surf school. There’s also tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a large grassy area perfect for a morning yoga session - all right outside your door.
Thinking about eating out for lunch? Downtown Kihei is just 3 minutes away and home to several popular local spots like Nalus, Coconuts, Fork and Salad, and Maui Brewing Company. Need to pick up some groceries? Two major grocery stores and a super convenient ABC store are minutes away. Interested in local produce? Hit up the Sugar Beach farmer’s market or one of the nearby roadside fruit stands.
For dinner and nightlife, you have plenty of options all just minutes away.

Kevin’s place was so amazing. The sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony are stunning, a walk to the beach made for a relaxing day. Not to mention you are in the center of everything Maui has to offer. The condo was super clean and made us feel like we are home away from home. 10/10 recommend! Property is in a great location. The beach is not swimmable but condo offers great views of ocean off the main deck. The condo is very dated but has comfortable beds and comes fully stocked with anything you might need. The host has great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We had a fun family getaway!

We booked this after our initial place cancelled on us 2 weeks before our arrival. We were happy to find something on such short notice and we are really glad we did! This place was great - location was perfect, property was extremely clean, and it had everything we needed (and more!). From beach items, to binoculars, to aloe vera gel for the inevitable sunburns, and even ice packs for the provided coolers, this place really did have it all. We had no issues the entire time we were there and the host was so responsive prior to our arrival that we knew if there was an issue, it would have been taken care of right away. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again! Thanks for a wonderful week :).

Wow! What a beautiful home! This condo was equipped with everything our family needed or wanted to use for a full week. Everything was super clean. The views were amazing. The pool and hottub were easily accessible and clean. It's in a great part of Kihei with not a ton of traffic. Kevin was super friendly and very responsive when I had any questions! We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon!!

Can't wait to go again. We have stayed on Maui a few times but always at a bigger resort, due to having to rearrange a vacation on short notice we stumbled upon this place a decided to give it a try. The check in process was very easy. The space was very clean. The owner checked in on us a few times while we were there to make sure we didn't need anything. The place is exactly as described. Very quiet and relaxing. Mahalo for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place.

Excellent property to visit. The ocean view was amazing from the living room & both bedrooms. The condo was stocked with everything you might need: umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, tennis racquets, balls, board games, books, Maui travel guides, kitchen supplies including condiments, spices, oils, etc. Kevin was very attentive to our needs. He texted us a few times to check on us. Our family had a wonderful time. Mahalo!
