Beautiful property with lots of room. Good location close to town. The beach is calm in the morning but not accessible in the evenings due to high tides pushing up against the shore. Unbelievable sunsets. Great pool and good appliances throughout. Kitchen very well supplied. We had some issues with WiFi but owner and property manager did their best to fix. Great big lawn for 5 grandsons to play sunset baseball. Turtles on the beach to the left before 7 am and saw 6 at 10pm.
Our second time in ten years. Very special place for our family personally. Everyday ends with spectacular sunsets. You will not be disappointed.
Wonderful property! Beautiful location, with a great pool and beach access. Fabulous views of the sunset. Well stocked with kitchen gear and more beach gear than I expected, including water shoes. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Our family commented on how perfect the property was for our multi-age group of 10.A couple of things to note: Property has a connecting A and B side, with 2 ways to get from one side to the other...outside on the patio or through one of the bedrooms. It worked out fine for us, just something to be aware of.Also, the railings on both balcony 2nd floor bedrooms had a "do not touch" note posted. Don't know if it is a general safety concern, (don't want people leaning or kids climbing) or needs replacing? In closing, we would love to come back to this beautiful property. Hosts were very kind and welcoming and communication was great. The home helped make it a trip of a lifetime for our family. Mahalo!

It was the first time we stayed in Kihei and it was very residential and convenient to rest. & stores, however it definitely lacked the "charm" of Old Lahaina & nearby areas. First, let me say that the view is a 10 from the backyard. You could see beautiful sunsets and "oceanic animals" along the shores, such as Monk Seals and Turtles.However, I do feel the home was misrepresented online. It is very dated and it does not show in the online photos.. Also, basically, it's two condos that have been converted into one with lots of steps. I feel the steps should be mentioned as I am guessing large families would be visiting and if there are visitors with knee or mobility issues, it could be a problem. (Although, there is one bedroom on the first flooor that does not have as many steps. However, there are multiple steps going up to the front doors (ea side has a set of front doors) and taking luggage up those steps was very challenging.What is most disappointing is if you need all the bedrooms (which we did), you can't have access to the full house unless you go outside and access through front doors or sliders on patio. If someone is staying in the bedroom that connects the two homes, it invades their privacy. That was extremely disappointing. Shld have been mentioned in the ad. The home needs some TLC considering the cost of the rental..Ashlynn, Mgr., was very nice.I could write more but have no more space. I mention the most imp issues the next person shld know.So sorry
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property pictures and description were accurate, and the host was very responsive to our needs. The home is updated, furnished and appointed exquisitely. The attention to detail is exceptional. We couldn't imagine a better property or location. We had a trip of a lifetime enjoying Maui and this very unique and exclusive property. We would love to return someday and recommend it to anyone. AMAZING!!!
Wonderful view and easy beach access. Enjoyed private pool every day, and our grandson went from being afraid to jump into his dad’s arms to never wanting to get out of the pool! Loved and needed the amount of seating available at the tables both inside and out. Appreciated stocking of typical kitchen cooking & bathroom needs.
Three generations of our family, ranging in age from almost 2 to over 70, spent a wonderful week in this well-equipped Kihei home. The location was great for day trips to nearby beaches (with a bin full of gear including aquasocks and beach towels, and boogie boards), but we also loved hanging out “home”—enjoying the pool, playing on the lawn, swimming in the ocean with the turtles, and having leisurely dinners on the patio. A perfect way to celebrate Gramma’s big birthday…!
Perfect in every way! The house is well stocked with everything needed. Keith even bought a football and soccer ball after we asked if there was one, how incredibly thoughtful. The location on the beach was great for ending the day with a sunset.
This house and location was amazing. Beach access any time of day, and usually solitude. Kids had a great time in the pool when not in the ocean. Property manager was very communicative, we had no complaints. Will book again!
A perfect location on a quiet portion of the beach with a pool. Hard to beat that! This was a family vacation of 10 people that included a couple 2 year old very active twin boys. The house was a little difficult to manage with children of that age (pool not secure, lots of stairs, buttons to push, doors to open, etc.), however we managed and still had a wonderful time! A minor complaint would be difficult to slide sliding doors on the southern most patio area and some tv remotes that we couldn't quite figure out. I also would be afraid to use the old oven. We would visit again!

If you have a large group or family this is your house. We loved this house and location. Supplied with good quality supplies ect. WE HOPE TO VISIT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN SOMEDAY. If you are thinking about this property don't think too long as it will book quickly. Location Location Location.......
Our family of six adults had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There were beautiful sunsets to watch on a comfortable patio, a spacious yard to play and plenty of leisurely strolls on the beach. The proximity to groceries and restaurants were within walking distance and everyone had space to spread out. This home was a true gem to find and spend our time in Maui.

Highly recommend this perfect Maui home. Private, on the beach (with a perfect cove nearby for little ones), a hammock (huge hit with all 3 generations!), pool (with toys, etc), 2 outdoor tables to hide from the moving sun, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms with different layouts to accommodate each generation. Owners very responsive before and after our arrival with our many questions.
We were a multigenerational family of 12 staying for an epic family vacation! The property was an amazing oasis for us. The location is spectacular in Kihei. We walked every morning to get coffee and then walk the beach to find sea turtles. The younger boys loved playing football in the expansive backyard. Kerry the owner was very responsive and available if we needed anything. The house was also stocked with lots of stuff that would be hard to travel with. Thank you!

This was an awesome property for our family of 9. So close to the beach to play in the sand - and the yard was so big! Everyone loved the pool and we enjoyed bbqing on the patio. Everyone had their own room and the beds were so comfy. The property is close to town but on a private road. Kerry was quick to answer me on a couple of questions. I highly recommend staying here.
We came to Maui for a wedding and this house was the perfect location. Close to grocery stores. Loved that we pretty much had the beach to ourselves most days. Gorgeous views and lots of turtle and whale watching. All messages were answered promptly and the pool was cleaned twice a week. Would love to come back someday and stay again!
Very special beach property that makes for a great family vacation. Lots to do and see, beach days, turtles, frogs and whales. Swim in the surf or paddleboard and then jump in the pool. Kehei is a short walk for shaved ice, dinner and shopping. A magical place.
Property manager, Kerry, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
This is our fifth trip to this outstanding property in the last five years!!! We love this location and the size of the property fits our needs. My Grandkids and kids feel like its our Hawaii home!!!!! We LOVE coming here and hope to come back soon!!! Its definitely a piece of paradise in Maui!!!!!
The home was everything we had hoped it to be. Lots of room for our family of 13. The pool was a huge hit. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy. The pictures represented the property very well. We had a small problem with the coffee grinder not working. I contacted the property manager and he had a new grinder there within 2 hours. Excellent service!!!! Thank you for providing a space for our family to make wonderful memories!!
Our whole family had a great time, being on our own little beach, and a pool, and grass lawn made living outside to too easy. We didn’t want our time to end.

This property met all of our expectations. Peaceful, relaxing stay. Great communication from the property manager. We enjoyed the pool, huge backyard, and the beach within steps from a beautiful home. Location was perfect. Hope to return!
Sunsets are spectacular. Beach is great. The layout of the house is a little awkward at first but you get used to it. Would absolutely stay again.
