This is an exquisite roomy one bedroom, 1.5 Bath, treetop location overlooking the world famous Mid Pacific Country Club Golf Course. Where Presidents play. This lovely apartment provides old Hawaiiana charm with modern design features. The unit provides 800 square ft. of open air design with bamboo floors and travertine tile in the bathrooms. It's located at the end of a lovely, peaceful street that fronts the golf course and is secluded and private. It is an open air tropical setting with the light trades blowing from the ocean and split A/C if you prefer.

Golf course, mountain or water views from windows and deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck that is fully furnished with comfortable chairs and tables. The modern kitchen features a gas range/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and granite countertops. The private master bedroom suite opens to the wraparound deck. The living area has a comfy couch which converts to a Queen sofa sleeper.
The unit boasts a 32 inch flat screen TV, with cable and WiFi. Washer and dryer exclusive for your use. Enjoy a private courtyard and gas grill. Tandem private parking available for 2 vehicles. We provide maps, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and cooler for your adventures.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Lanai, facing the golf course, was our favorite place. we always had dinner here in the evening. The facilities were all equipped, and the interior was also nice. It's close to the city of Kailua and very convenient. Kalama Beach Park is a small beach park, but we enjoyed it leisurely. Vic, thank you so much for taking care of us. We want to go back again. Thank you so much

Lovely quiet property at end of cul de sac in a residential neighborhood. Comfortable beds, all the necessary kitchenware, appliances, linens, and washer/dryer to make our stay feel just like home.

The house was lovely and the hosts were super nice and wonderful. It was a quite neighborhood and the golf course in front of house provided the great landscape. It was in the convenient location close to Kailua beach and Waimanalo beach.

Loved staying at this property! Very conveniently located, all the amenities and extras (pool/beach items) you can ask for, and caring hosts! Would come back in a heart beat.
