A perfect place for a little beauty and meditation. Just what I needed! Maureen and Jeff have thoughtfully provided everything you could need, but if you are missing anything, the market is close by! I hope to go back soon!
Wanted my husband to get a little taste of what it’s like living in a house on the Island.We enjoyed ourselves relaxing together and walking around on the beach.
We had an incredible stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Kailua. Steps to the gorgeous ocean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the beach treehouse!
This place was amazing, had everything we could have wanted. So close to the beach, lovely balcony, comfy bed. Loved it!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on but it didn’t bother us too much. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a private beach access and close to Island Snow and Kalapawai Market. We would stay here again!!

We can't say enough good things about the 'Treehouse'! First of all it is the absolute most prime location, being able to walk to our favorite coffee and breakfast spot was such a treat. The space was also so clean and had all the beach gear you could ever need. We loved having the balcony deck area to sit out and relax after walking just feet to the beach everyday. Could not recommend enough, we will be back soon!

This second floor apartment studio with balcony/deck is three houses from the beach via a sandy walkway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near parks and shopping services. It is well-supplied, clean and tidy. We would return there in an instant.
We enjoy the stay in the Treehouse. Big enough for two poeple. Items for the beach all available.Everything is also available in the kitchenA small criticism is the bed, a bit too narrow and too soft for us. But that is of course a matter of taste.
Comfortable above garage apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Kailua. Easy beach access. Walkable to markets. Access to the walking/bike path that connects Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach (1.1 mile walk, paved). Great sunrise views! Responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent location and amenities. Couldn’t ask for a closer spot to the beach without being on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
Description of the property was right on. Very short walk to the beach and sunrise everyday! Studio was very clean, had basic supplies and a small deck with seating which we used for every meal. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower. Short drive or walk to restaurants or shopping. 10 out of 10! Thank you!
This beautiful cottage felt like a home away from home, reminding my husband and I of our 1st apartment 22yrs ago.
The beautiful walks on the Beach to view the sunrises every morning were spectacular, the shops are so close by and the neighborhood is so quiet that we would come back again.

Love it, amazing location
The Treehouse is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and shops. Great jumping off point for island adventures or for just relaxing on the beach right out front. Will definitely be back!
Clean, well-designed efficiency unit above garage with windows on three sides and fans if you like living tropical, and a functional air conditioning unit if you like/need that. Very close to the beach; off a main road. Parking for one car. Owner available via messaging and pleasantly responsive. Just perfect for my trip.
This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!
Wonderful property, close to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there. One note, the Vizio entertainment system is satisfactory, however, I would have preferred to have some local Honolulu TV channels besides the Vizio System.

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.
