My husband and I were looking for a comfortable and spacious place in which we both could work in the morning and then spend the afternoon enjoying Oahu. The guest house was great for us. At night after dinner we would go into the back yard and take in the stars.
Kolea Landing is a beautiful property, from interior to exterior! Hosts, Josh and Jaymie did an amazing job. It’s a very close walk to a beautiful beach. They were very responsive to any requests or questions we had. It is a “smart home” and we had one issue with the blinds closing, but Jaymie was very responsive in helping us out. All the little touches they did, made you feel very welcomed! I would definitely stay here again!! 😊
Our short stay at Kolea Landing at Lanikai was excellent. Disappointed we didn't stay longer and will defiantly be back again. House was fantastic with all items and amenities catered for. Photos on the website don't do this house justice

We stayed at Josh’s home the past week and all of us absolutely loved it. The home is so well laid out and well appointed. You’re steps to Lanikai beach and the wagon that comes with the house made that short walk even easier.
Beds are super comfortable! We stayed with my parents and our almost 9 year old. The house was a perfect base for us to get out to various excursions and we all loved that we were not in Honolulu.
Each of us commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house is, and that we wouldn’t change a thing!

My kids and I celebrated Thanksgiving at this beautifully appointed modern beach house. We felt like we were staying in our home in Hawaii. I’m very grateful that I was able to cook a Thanksgiving feast for my family while also spending time on the beach while things were cooking. Joshua was a 5 star host for sure! He went above and beyond to accommodate our delays in our travel plans. I can’t wait until my next stay there! Mahalo for making our holiday perfect!!

The house is so large and allows you to be comfortable.
The house has everything you could need. Just needs a clothesline :)

We were in Oahu for my daughter’s wedding. This was the first time we ever rented a property. I always worry about if pictures on these sites match what reality is. We were thrilled with this property. It was everything and more that we were hoping for. It’s a beautiful home with a very impressive property. We were just a block from the beach! Josh was a great host. Very quick to respond to any question I had. Life in paradise was perfect staying here. I highly recommend this property. Mahalo Josh.
We absolutely loved this house and can’t wait to return. The house was super clean and had everything we need. You can’t beat the location -It’s a block from the beach and they provide a useful cart with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and towels. You can tell they have put a lot of care into the home (and upkeep). We highly recommend staying here!!
This property is spacious and bright, even roomier than the photos convey. Josh was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with, providing everything from recommendations to extra supplies. We enjoyed the half-block walk to Lanikai beach and the easy access to the Pillbox hike. A beautiful home in a great location.
