Awesome studio to stay in, close to everything including beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Nice having laundry, full sized fridge and beach accessories available. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Would stay again!
This place is in a great location and felt so homey! The bed is so comfortable! Having a washer and dryer ( I hung our clothes to dry though) was an added bonus.Thank you for opening your home. It was perfect for us! Loved having the beach stuff right there to use!Andrea and her husband were a delight to talk to as well.And she always got right back to me when I had a question!
Andrea is a lovely host and very friendly. She is very thoughtful, and adds a few more (personal) items for your use - just in case you have forgotten something. The rental is actually larger than it looks in the pics, and very cozy. Thank you Andrea! We really enjoyed our stay
The location of this property is perfect. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the private side of Kailua Beach, which was our favorite beach we visited across the whole island. Andrea was super accommodating and provided a lot of beach supplies (snorkeling gear, boogey boards, bug towels, bags) and extras like little cookies and coffee.
ここで3泊してカイルアを満喫しました。建物自体は古いですが、よく手入れされていてきれいで快適でした。洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋にあるのは最高。毎日の洗濯の手間が省けました。常備品の電熱ヒーターはパワー不足でお湯が沸騰しなかったのでラーメンは電子レンジで作りました。お湯を沸かすのも常備品の計量カップを使い、電子レンジでチン。電子レンジバンザイ！唯一気になったのは音漏れ。隣の部屋の大家さん家族の声や音が聞こえてきます。こちらの音で迷惑をかけないように気を遣いました。ホテルの無いカイルアでの滞在先としてはベストだと思います。[English translation]We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed Kailua very much.The house itself is old, but well maintained, clean and comfortable.It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room. It saved me the trouble of doing laundry every day.The electric heater was not powerful enough to boil water, so we made ramen in the microwave. We also used a measuring cup to boil water by microwave. Hooray for microwaves!The only thing that bothered us was the sound leakage. We could hear the voices and sounds of the owner's family in the next room. We were careful not to bother them with our noise.I think this is the best place to stay in Kailua, where there are no hotels.

This is our second time at this property. Great location… just short walk to the most beautiful beach. Very comfortable bed. Private patio area for morning coffee or dinner after long day at the beach. Miss Andrea provides everything you could possibly need. The best host ever! We will definitely return if we are able to come back to the island.
Property was accurately described. Very nice location and a 5 minute walk to the beach which we appreciated when we went there for Sunrise each morning. Bed is very comfortable and the cottage is well equipped with everything you need. Apprecated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner, Andrea met us on arrival and was available to us throughout the stay. She is very nice and helpful for any questions you may have. A suggestion is that you might consider renting a smaller vehicle as the driveway for parking is narrow and you need to navigate past 2 parked vehicles. Not a big deal but it will make your stay less stressful. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
The unit was private and well away from street. Very comfy. We had all we needed to make small meals. Full fridge and laundry was super convenient. Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler ans ice packs. Had great fun exploring the island from this location. Also easy walk to a nice beach. We had everything we needed and had a lovely stay.
This super cute VRBO is a short walk to an awesome beach that is not crowded. It is also a 20 minute walk into the Kailua, a very nice little town with lots of restaurants and stores. Angela provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. There is a very nice little backyard area to sit outside. We loved our time here.
Andrea is a great host. The studio is perfect for two. We were grateful for the recliner chairs as we rested in the evening before sleep. Andrea is the perfect host making sure all our needs were met. Close to the beach with everything needed for a day at the beach. We will book again
The property is perfectly located for a quick walk to a quiet part of Kailua Beach. Andrea, onsite owner, was very responsive to any questions and went out of her way to help us and make the stay comfortable. The bed is comfortable, very soft. She had all the necessary amenities, including beach gear, coffee, and some snacks. We'd definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable and safe. Andrea met us when we arrived and gave us the keys and showed us the unit. The unit was very well equipped with everything we would need for a beach outing - great folding chairs, bags, boogie boards, snorkels. The bed and recliners were very comfortable. The walk to the beach took about five minutes. I would stay here again and again.
A very clean and comfy suite, it has everything you need. easy beach access, Very comfy reclining chairs to relax in. very comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette with a washer and dryer. Everything was as advertised. We were at the beautiful beach most of the time and had a car to do daily excursions which worked out very well for us We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again.
My stay in the studio was very enjoyable. I'll stay here again if the opportunity arises.

large apartment complete with everything, very kind and helpful owner, the only thing I would change is the very slow electric stove and a slightly old pan.
Our experience here was great!!! For two of us, it worked really well. The yse if chairs and umbrella was really nice. Will be back if we're ever in the area again.
