Everything was great except your listing describes the fold out couch as 2 twin beds. It worked out fine for us, but I was confused at first and would suggest removing that from your listing.

This condo was a great location right near mamas fish house and the beach. The air conditioning worked really well unlike some condos we’ve stayed in while in Hawaii.
Beautifully located. My girlfriend and I had a blast. Not only did we explore and drive all over the island, but we enjoyed the property we were staying at. We bought groceries and utilized the kitchen. It was nice having breakfast and dinner in such a nice cozy condo. Felt like home for the weekend. 10 out of 10!

Impeccably clean apartment! Wow! Everything we needed. We loved the shower and the bed, which was super comfortable. We also appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs. Located super close to Mama's Fish House - we walked there (reservation booked months in advance) and the valet guy was shocked to have someone walking up for dinner! Also close to Ho'okipa Beach where we enjoyed watching turtles and surfers.

We enjoyed the ambience of the unit! It was a very comfortable accommodation. The property was in a great location, close to mama’s Fish House, and the Cove. And an easy walk to get coffee at.Kuau store.
Comfortable My "old neighborhood" near Upcountry and easy to get to everywhere. Keep us in mind for future stays especially at Kua 'aina kama'aina rates😁
Walk to beach where huge turtles came each day to "nap," and to Mama's Fish House.
Could use updating and sliding door repair. Wasn't able to get WiFi for TV nor phone.
Good location for Road to Hana and north shore beaches
I would recommend this unit. It’s nothing special or luxurious, but it is cozy, comfortable and just steps away from the beach. Look at the photos, read the reviews; it is what you would expect it to be. The laundry facilities are in a separate building and you can pay with change or credit card. No elevators.
We spent a week of summer holidays. The stay was great. The appartment is very comfy and roomy. The only problem was a few insects around, especially when we first got in.
Great apartment and property! Short walk to a small beach cove where turtles frequent. Space was clean and had every amenity possible from a laundry basket, to cell phone chargers, sunscreen, and plenty of linens. AC cooled well and was available in both the living room and bedroom areas. Full kitchen was great to have with most all food places closing by 5pm. Bed was very comfortable and large closet offered length of storage space. Would absolutely stay here again when in the Paia!

Our flight was delayed, luggage late, we were so tired and wondering what else could go wrong.
But instructions to the VRBO lication and access were perfect, and the place is adorable.
Such sweet touches like fan folded towels helped us unwind.
Yes, there is traffic that you hear, but no loud city noises.
Everything worked fine, with the exception of a slightly "sticky" screen door. But that's common in tropical weather.
We definitely recommend this sweet place.

This place was quite comfortable and spacious. We certainly enjoyed our stay. My communication with the owners was great before we arrived very responsive. The bed is comfortable and having AC on 80° days is perfect.
The location is terrific close to the restaurant,a perfect beach to walk to, and Paia town a short drive away. The location is a drawback as well. You are sitting behind Mama’s Fish House and you hear all the deliveries in the morning, also, this is a very busy street out front so don’t forget your earplugs. They do have a noise canceling machine in the bedroom and that helps. We would both definitely stay here again and bring friends we like the place a lot. 🐡🐢🐢
My husband, daughter and I stayed here the night before flying home and after driving the road to Hana. It was much larger than I expected and close to Mama’s where we were lucky enough to have dinner without a reservation.
It was cute inside and clean. The beds and couches were comfortable. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work and it was hot in the room. No AC.
There were just little fans and we opened the windows. It finally cooled off. It was dec.27.
In the morning I used the blow dryer and all the electric went off so I had to leave with wet hair. There’s not instructions Where the dumpster is to put the trash.
The outside of the building needs some improvement. Some new paint would go a long way.
Very nice older well maintained condo. Right next door to Mama’s Fish House and beaches. Everything needed to enjoy Maui north coast beaches and Paia town yet still close to airport.
We enjoyed our stay at this North Shore Maui condo. It was clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed to be able to kick back and enjoy our stay. We stayed two nights and enjoyed a day trip to the Road to Hana, an afternoon lunch as Mama's fish house (need to make reservations ahead of time) and the sandy beach that is a short 2 block walk from the condo. Two sea turtles were resting in the sand and it was fun to sit and enjoy them at a safe distance. Tobi was always prompt to reply to each of the messages I posted on the rental message board. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect way for us to enjoy our final two days in Maui before flying back home to MN.
Beaches were beautiful! Great location!!! With no AC it made the road noise tougher bc the windows had to be opened.
