This is a great property, absolutely beautiful! It sits on a beautiful, quiet beach. The house is clean and in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed; beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers. It was perfect for our family to include our grandkids. Check in was easy and the management was accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would definitely rent this beach house again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a great get away that accommodates a large family and/or friends.

This time we stayed at this site. We are a family of 12 three generations and made wonderful memories as we enjoyed the beach, the pool and the surrounding areas.Growing up on the East Coast I frequented the New Jersey shore every summer. Though I still remember Width fondness, my time there, it cannot compare to the exquisite scenery and inviting Waters of this site.The home is well maintained with comfortable bedding, more than enough towels, ready, laundry facility, and room enough for everyone to have their own space. We are already making plans for our next visit. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.

This house has been the perfect place for our family of 11 to get together and make wonderful memories. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own full bath. The kitchen is well stocked and with a family room and living room there is space for our 5 grandsons to have their own space for games while others can enjoy the view while sitting in the living room with it wall of windows looking out on the beach. The private athletic club down the street is another super feature with the grandsons playing basketball, pickle ball and swimming. But the best part of the property is the gorgeous “backyard” beach. Everyone enjoys that the most! The only suggestion we have for the house is to update some of the furniture and other lesser items hence the four stars on the property’s general condition. The property management team is great and very responsive. We have stayed here for the past four summers and treasure all the wonderful memories we have been able to create. We hope to be able to continue to make this home our annual gathering place!
A perfect family trip & visit back home in the Islsnds. Kailua VRBO was a super spot to enjoy paradise. Our Property manager was outstanding.
We were very happy with our family vacation at Place in Paradise. The house was just as it was represented by the online photos. It was clean, well cared for, easy access to beach, pool and tennis court. Our party of 10 had lots of room to spread out as well as all be together in one room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very helpful. Outside breezes, especially in the morning were lovely. Tropical afternoons were managed with fans or more outside time. The beach was very nice, and even though it was not private it was very comfortable for our party, never crowded. Location was perfect for our family with our variety of ages. Sunrise views from the balconies were especially stunning! Would highly recommend Place in Paradise.

We took this much-needed vacation to celebrate my survival of a major heart attack and turning 70 years old! All the kids and grandkids had a fantastic time learning about the island and how our Ohana came in the early 1800's. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 7 kids. What mroe could you ask for? Nothing! This rental has EVERYTHING. Literally everything you could possibly need or want. The views - breath taking, the beach - perfection. The bedrooms - gorgeous. The Kitchen - perfection. We even had a private chef come in and she was IMPRESSED. Kid frienly, tons of room, CLEAN, nothing was broken, private, outddor space, indoor space was exceptional. Parking was perfect. The enighbors, super friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.
I took my family to Kailua for my Mom’s 80th birthday. The property was perfect! The house was ocean front which afforded us the ease of getting her and my Dad to the beach even with their mobility issues. The house is well equipped for an 8 day stay. I did have to purchase was a bath chair bc the downstairs bathrooms did not have a seat or hand rail in any of the showers.
The rental experience through the property managers was seamless, timely and highly professional. The location is stunning and convenient to everything we needed, and the home elf was perfectly appointed, right down to sharp kitchen knives. Plenty of beach chairs, boards, towels and outdoor seating. The home is very well maintained, and all of the appliances and HVAC worked perfectly. It’s just a lovely home in a wonderful community.
House is just off the beach. It was exactly what qI was looking for our family vacation. Communication with property manager is top notch. They had a nice welcome basket filled with goodies. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. Main part of house has ceiling fans but is warm.instruction folder give tips on where to go and all property policy.

This was the perfect spot for our family group. Amazing location, nicely designed spaces, well equipped kitchen. We took our coffee to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. Great location for kids - easy to go back and forth to the house for supplies and for naps. We grilled each night. Loved that AC was not central, as we like to invite the Hawaiian breezes in. People could keep their bedrooms cool at night with AC or with fans. Super clean on arrival and very helpful property manager. We’ll be back!

This place was amazing! Direct access to the beach, literally it is the back yard. The breathtaking view from the upstairs bedroom made me never want to leave bed in the morning! There is a pool but you are so close to the beach I didn’t go but my family did and the pool is great too!

With our clan of 11 which includes 5 grandsons this house is perfect of us. With its 5 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, family room, well stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor eating areas, our awesome beach for the backyard and the athletic club a few doors down with a pool and basketball court, we couldn't ask for more. This is our 3rd time staying here. We did have some property issues but the customer service for any issues that arose was exceptional!!! Thank you, Lisa and Alia!!!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. The house had everything you could want or need, from the Kitchen to beach wants and needs. 2 washer and dryers-we couldn't imagine needed them, but we were surprised on how much we used. Kitchen had everything you could need or want to cook a full meal or enjoy a snack. Extra fridges to take care of the family. Beautiful sunrise enjoyed each morning. Perfect for morning walks on the beach. Beds super comfy - lots of room to spread out in the family areas. Our family enjoyed this home and you should too.

The pictures don't do it justice--this house is really spectacular. Most ideal setting with the beach, pool, and pickle ball courts just steps away, and so much space in the home that has beautiful furniture. Our combined families loved it! Everyone had comfortable bedrooms, really nice to have extra fridg/freezers, and double washing machines was great, too. Alia and Patty were excellent to work with and the house was spotless when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

We stayed with family and friends- immediately felt at home. Location is made for daily beach walk(or two). Town a close drive, and walkable grocery, restaurant and takeout places too. Local Hawaii strip mall places- with killer poke, musubi, garlic shrimp . . .

Beautiful location well maintain property, the primary kitchen refrigerator was not working properly and reeked of rotten fish and therefore was unusable. Due to recent storm and flooding the shore water was contaminated and brown the entire week we were there. Otherwise everything else was as advertised.
