The property was exactly as pictured and described. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were luxurious and spa-like. The house had everything needed to accommodate 13 travelers. The best part of the home is the pool and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed jumping off the rocks and into the deep end. The property manager was welcoming and quick to respond to any requests/questions.
The property was gorgeous and filled the needs of our group of 10.Close to the beach, as well as a pool. If you are mobility challenged, this may not be for you, as there are a lot of steps.We loved it! Thank you!

The location of this home is outstanding! The beach access is unmatched. We were able to run down to the beach so easily. All of the beach equipment was in the garage and so nice. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working the last four days of our stay, which was a bummer. We chose this house because it did have AC. It got a little uncomfortable in the main area of the home. All the upgrades they've made to the home are awesome but the kitchen really does need some upgrades, hopefully that area is next. Looks like they're remodeling a little at a time. The attention to detail of all the spaces that have been remodeled are amazing!
The house was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen and house in general had everything we needed. Great and helpful communication with management. Fantastic location close to the beach and grocery stores.

Outstanding property! All that they claim and more. The beach was not even a two minute walk. Plus the beach was beautiful and maybe 10 people on it! Back to the house, we all had plenty of space and privacy. Beautifully remodeled. They even left us a great welcome basket that had so much stuff we couldn’t finish. Only about a mile to everything restaurant and store. Loved Cinnamon’s for breakfast. Host was very attentive and reachable. Seriously nothing bad to say!!
We stayed here with a large group for my 50th birthday. We were a mix of kids & adults. Four families total. First positive, when booking this location the communication was excellent with the property management company who recently took over responsibility. I had booked a different property originally and the communication was neither prompt nor polite. Next, the property manager offered to be there when we checked in to provide a tour. I turned it down only because I thought a long flight with kids was going to have me at my wits end. When we showed up, she had made sure to swing by and get everything turned on and ready for us. So kind and professional! The updates to the home were excellent. It was extremely comfortable and each family felt as though they had their own private space. The location of the kitchen was perfect for all of us to meet and hang out. Though there are homes very close to this one the amount of trees and foliage on the property make it feel like your own little secluded paradise. The pool and hot tub were, of course, a ginormous hit with all of us. The real kicker was the very short, private, and protected walk to the best spot on this strip of Kailua Beach. The home location is far enough away from the state park that you feel you’re enjoying time in your own private beach area. Overall, though we did experience a few “glitches“ with some aspects I cannot say enough positive things about how the management company handled it. So polite and prompt.

This would be a great place to bring my family. It was still wonderful for my husband and myself. Everything was newly refurbished and they had a beautiful welcome basket. The spa was nice, we couldn’t use the pool it didn’t have heat. The beach was beautiful and a three minute walk. We really loved the small town and farmers markets. We plan to return. After returning home I asked everyone to give me some feedback on the overall experience. First off, the property is just as advertised, it is a beautiful property, and easy access to the beach. Here is some takeaways from all of us. There was a bedroom in the open area just outside the inner two bedrooms, this area is referred to as the open bedroom area. It was notably hot, the AC was not functioning in this part of the house. I contacted the hosts, and they sent an AC repairman on our last day at the property. Several of our guests had reported a seeing a couple cockroaches around the house, however, a regularly scheduled exterminator arrived to spray. We were not concerned, just had to be diligent in keeping doors and outside areas closed. After connecting with everyone, we considered these issues to be minor. The check in process was simple and easy to follow. Everyone seemed to have a great time, and really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area. I have read other people having issues with the hot tub, however, we had no problems with the hot tub. The only real complaint I have is learning that shaved ice is a fancy snow-cone. A great family memory, and one we will not soon forget, had a wonderful time.
