The kitchen is outfitted with all contemporary appliances, is elegantly finished with polished travertine countertops, and includes a dishwasher, large sink, wine fridge and many more amenities. The dining room table seats 8 and is conveniently placed adjacent to the kitchen for effortless group meals while enjoying the beautiful views of the Pacific ocean.
From the main living area you can access the solar heated swimming pool in the backyard which is equipped with pool loungers, or stroll the wrap-around covered lanai and enjoy the panoramic ocean views either from the private comforts of the couch inside, or outside from a variety of outdoor seating options. The primary bedroom is also located on the second level, and includes a king bed, an office space, ensuite, high ceilings, and private access to the lanai with ocean views. The primary ensuite is equipped with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The first level includes 2 additional bedrooms, one with an ensuite, television, and private seating area, and each with queen beds and private lanais overlooking the ocean and islands.
