What a beautiful and well-equipped home. We couldn't have asked for more and didn't want to leave when it was time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, AC in every room (although opening the doors and having the natural breeze was way more appealing to us), lots of toys/gear provided with the house (snorkels, masks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc), well equipped with all necessary appliances and, the best part, the home was literally RIGHT on the water. The host welcomed us with a wonderful welcome basket and we were truly thrilled with out stay. The house is located off the main road, in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a walkable but not super-swimmable beach right there (experienced beach/coral/snorkelers would be fine on an easy surf day) which was fine with us. Neighbors were kind and quiet, we were the same. We cannot wait to return!!!!

Our family of five spent an amazing week at the Bond House. The location was spectacular! We loved the quiet and peaceful location of the house. We walked on the beach, swam and snorkeled right outside of the house. We cooked almost every meal inside the well-equipped kitchen and grill. Amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing time at the Bond House. It was just what we expected, and what we wanted. The pictures online are accurate to the real experience of the house. I highly recommend waking up early and watching the sun rise over the water.
Prime oceanfront view with modern equipments/furnitures, what else can I ask for? And of course, the linens are clean, towels plentiful and kitchen utensils well stocked!
We had stayed here with our sons a few times, beginning before the nice remodel and a name change. We've also stayed at several other properties over the years. This had the best stock of supplies and amenities. Access to Kapa'a for groceries is great if you like to have snacks around and like to make meals yourself once in a while. There are also decent restaurants available. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed almost instantly. It's nice to know that property management professional and competent.
The property was exactly as promised. Ocean views from every room, porch and decks with views of the ocean, 12 steps down to the beach with the ability to take long walks. We watched humpback whales breech every morning and evening from the backyard porch. There was ample snorkeling gear and beach chairs and towels for trips to Hanalei and Poipu. There were games and the downstairs had plenty of room for all 8 of us to sit and talk. I would definitely stay here again.
This is an amazing property! We are a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to do whatever we felt like - chill on the lanai, lay out in the sun or splash around snorkeling in the water - it has it all! Kitchen is beautiful, well stocked with anything you need to cook in. It also is close to many must-see places on the island. Don't pass this up if you have the chance!
Great house and location. We have rented many houses over the years, this was, by far, the most organized. We wanted for nothing!

This was the perfect house for our family trip! The house is spacious so we all had our own room with nice bedrooms. The kitchen, dining & living room is perfect for hanging out & cooking together. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space – great private-like beach and nice furniture. We spent the mornings outside watching the sunrise, having coffee & laying on the lounge chairs. The house also had a lot of awesome 'extras' such as beach chairs, a cooler, beach shoes, snorkle equipment, boogie boards, a surf board & wagons. The road to get to this house is closed during the week from 8a - 3p, and although it was a slight inconvenience, we made it work. I wouldn't see this as a big negative unless you have an elderly person or someone who cannot walk a bit. The positives largely outweigh this road closure. It was in a somewhat secluded area, nice features & a friendly neighborhood. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We loved the Bond House. Despite road construction that appears to be a year away from completion at the rate they are working, the stay was fabulous. Be aware that the road to the house is closed from 8:00 to 3:00 Monday through Friday so you need to be mindful of putting your vehicle on the other side of the construction and walking five minutes back to the house.
