The it was nice for a quick 3 day stay. The comments hold true to the place needing to be updated. But it had what we needed and no big issue. Easy to book and a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset right across the street.

Condo had everything we needed. Walking distance to a few small beaches where we could watch the surfers. Condo was clean and had a designated parking spot. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and ceiling fans. Like others have mentioned, no elevator, which I knew when booking but somehow forgot by the time I packed my super-heavy suitcase. Very nice place for our two day stay on this side of the island.

We had a comfortable stay at this condo. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful. It’s a convenient central location on Kona side. The owners were pretty responsive. All appliances were working well. The beddings and decorations are beautiful. I felt the kitchen could be stocked with more utensils and a cooler if someone has to do lot of cooking like us. The parking is free and reserved, however we mostly had trucks parked against the boundary (probably maintenance folks) which was making pulling out hard - something owner to take up with properly management, not really a big deal. Overall, happy with our stay for the price we paid.
