We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The kitchen is very well stocked and surprised us with the spices and seasonings available along with all the cookware and dishes. We were also so pleased to see all the beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. This is not listed in the property description but should be as we wouldn’t have packed our own beach towels. The screened in lanai is so nice and the condo has a very nice secluded feel to it. Upon arrival, we did notice that there were a few things that were broken. The property managers had reached out to us to see how everything was and we reported the broken items They were very attentive and offered to have someone come out to fix. We declined as it wasn’t Imperative . Property grounds are immaculate as well. We had a family reunion and had rented out several other condos in this complex. I feel that ours was the best stocked as far as kitchen and amenities. Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The unit supplied us with lots of beach accessories, which really came in handy. We spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. The lanai as well as the unit adequately accommodated our family of eight. We would definitely book here again.
The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was disappointed to find a 1500 dollar charge on our credit card with no explanation or receipt. When we questioned VRBO , they stated it was for AC. They stated we asked for this on the booking site. We have no recollection of this. I would rather know our total cost up front so would rather the AC be added into the cost per night at the beginning. Otherwise our trip was excellent.

Our experience with the condo was so smooth and comfortable. The place was bright and clean, and the location was quite private being the corner unit. It contained everything we needed for our stay. We loved our stay here. Being away from the crowds (but close -- really, walking distance -- to a beach and shopping center with restaurants) was important to us and this location was perfect. The unit is spacious and clean, and the resort is beautifully maintained. Great kitchen with all we needed for cooking meals. Would stay here again if we return to the Big Island.
Very nice... loved the fact that it has 2 ensuites with the 2 bedrooms! The screened in porch was great for mornings and evenings!
As a note, the screened in porch screen door out to grass area doesn't lock properly.

This condo is lovely. Very spacious and the lanai is incredible. It's not in walking distance to shopping/dining but you can walk to the ocean and the grounds are beautiful. I loved that there's an ocean view from the pool. The condo is clean and the furniture/bed's were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and there are extra beach towels and snorkels for going swimming.

Great location, Nice property. Home was well maintained and clean. Had boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, and beach towels that made the beach days so much better. Kitchen was very impressive with cookware / utensils you may need and spices. Had a great island guide book to help plan your days.Only complaint would be that you pay extra for air conditioning (totally fine) but the screen in the window of the front bedroom doesn't seal or lock (there was some tape trying to hold it shut but it's still gapped). So you have to be okay with sleeping with your window screen gapped by your head or a very warm bedroom(if you don't pay for a/c). With the windows open the house cools off beautifully (no A/C needed)

KKSRC #6-104 was a lovely condo providing a very comfortable & relaxing stay - a perfect place for our Anniversary "get away".
Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Check-in and was smooth and contactless. Place was clean and had everything we needed to make meals and entertain our family. Enclosed lanai was great bonus! We had a great stay, however, the check out email was a very sad and unpleasant experience. Our family was careful with the white carpet in the living/dining room areas. We cleaned and followed check out protocol. We did not use the lanai area for entertaining, except for the diningroom table for the children (no white carpet and the tile was easy to wipe up any little spills). Upon checkout, we made sure the diningroom table was wiped off. There is a blue couch in the lanai. Since we did not use the seating in the lanai, nobody thought to check the couch. Apparently our two year old touched the cushions with his sticky pineapple popsicle hands and we didn't see the marks. The cleaning staff refused to spot clean the sticky spots and the entire couch along with throw pillows were professionally steam cleaned and we were charged $261.00. I received an email two days after checking out notifying me of the charges. I immediately asked why the cleaning staff did not spot clean and was told there was not time because of an incoming reservation. I called the steam cleaning company and they verified that the cleaning was done 2 days after our check out and that the unit was empty. When I reached back out to Knutson & Associates about the "LIE" they provided me, they changed the story and said that the cleaning was beyond their staff's capabilities. Since you are forced to pay an insurance fee of $49 for a premium to cover $1000 worth of insurance for damage or carpet/furniture cleaning, I asked if the insurance would cover the $261. They denied our request because they said we should have reported the sticky spots before our 11 am checkout. Knutson & Associates have refused to return my phone calls and I am stuck paying for the steam cleaning. BEWARE, when you check out to look at everything with a magnifying glass. We will not rent anything associated with Knutson & Associates again.

I would suggest that it be made clear that the parking spot for the unit is NOT available. Also a small stool for us short people would be a plus. Loved the privacy this unit offers and found it comfortable for our month's stay. The lanai is particularly lovely as it is screened in and comfortable.
The unit exceeded our expectations! It was clean and inviting. Easy check in and access with codes only. Every gadget and convenience we needed was there. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch! Quick walk to the beach. All we wanted!
