Unbelievable views, the ocean fills up all the windows. It’s like being on the ocean. Amazing location, very accessible. The host is kind, wonderful and attentive. AC in each room, fans also in the house. Excellent place!
The view was beautiful. The house was clean, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Check in was easy. The hosts were very responsive. The house was just as pictured. The driveway is a little steep but you get used to it. The lanai is amazing and where we spent most of our time at the house. It was fun to watch the surfers/boogie boarders and the sunsets are not to be missed. Honl’s Beach right next to the house was great to splash in the waves and look for shells. Not a swimming beach. Great location!
The house was great for my family of four. The only drawback was the noise from the Ali'i Drive, but that died down after hours. Overall, a great house in an awesome location. It was an easy walk to various restaurants and retail stores, and the adjacent beach (Honl'sBeach) was a pleasant experience. Thanks.
Waking up and going to sleep listening to ocean waves was absolutely incredible, and one of our favourite location memories. I loved taking my coffee out in the morning to do yoga on the lanai while watching the surfers take on morning waves. We also loved looking down at all the fish right from the lanai, it was incredible how dense the fish schools are right at the beach beside the house. The house is in a perfect location, lots you can walk to, and perfect base camp location to drive to other excursions further away. I know some have mentioned the road noise, and yes, sometimes you can hear cars go past. But honestly the ocean mostly drowns it out anyways. This will always be one of our most faveorite vacation stays :)
This house was amazing for me and my family (5 people total). It's walkable to central Kailua-Kona, easy driving, and amazing access to beaches. The host, Carla, was truly wonderful to interact with. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will hope to return here when I'm on the island next!

Location is great to Kailua! It’s about .7 miles and my kids were ok to walk it!Could add to the listing that there’s beach towels, chairs and some ballsCan’t beat falling asleep to the constant waves lulling you to sleep! Great sunsets views!!

Location is amazing! We spent tons of time on the deck watching sunsets, listening to the waves, and relaxing. Property is walkable to things, and though there is some road noise the upside of location easily outweighs it. Clean, comfortable, and a really great base for exploring the island. Highly recommend!
Walking distance from downtown Kona. Clean and spacious home. The lanai is large and has a spectacular view of sunset and anything happening on the water near Kona. The public beach is next door. Has some homeless that come over to the property front to fish, but they keep to themselves.
The property is directly on the beach. The views were amazing!
We just stayed here for a week. Great location in downtown Kailua within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a memorable trip with our family. The view from the back deck was amazing and we spent several hours out there watching the boogie boarders, sea turtles, fish and dolphins. Carla, the host was amazing too and very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.
My family had a great stay. Ocean view with the breeze was wonderful. House is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Excellent place. Close to everything. House is as described. Wake up every morning and watch the surfers and yellow tangs from the deck. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Found it hard to leave the deck. Amazing sunsets. Would book again.
Incredible place and location, almost over the water! However, Ali’i Drive is pretty noisy and the homeless in the area a bit concerning.
Windows full of ocean views and a very clean, comfortable house! Expect traffic noise from the highway.
Great property overlooking the ocean and a small beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but also on the outskirts of Kona to allow for easy access to the south side of the island. Very clean, and check in was a breeze. Would stay here again.
