We had a wonderful experience at this stunning Wailea Beach Villa. The ocean view was truly breathtaking, and the location was perfect—just steps from the beach, shops, and dining. The check-in process was smooth, and the villa was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and luxurious. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Maui.
My only regret is, we only had five days to stay there. Location was perfect in all aspects, including access to shopping, restaurants, a gorgeous beach, and not too many people.

My wife and I live in Wailea and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family last week. 6 adult relatives stayed in the Wailea Beach Villa while our sons with wives and grandchildren were active on waterslides at the adjacent Marriott Beach Resort. We gathered in the evenings at the Villa, which accommodated us very well for cooking in the well equipped kitchen and on the lanai BBQ. Everything was clean and professionally run from initial contacts with the owners to check-in and security. When the ice maker was slow, we were immediately provided with extra ice. As local residents, we chose the best and would make the same choice again.
The condo was more beautiful in person than in the photos. Very clean. Easy to get anywhere. Beautiful views! It was also very quiet so we all got a good nights rest.
We had a great stay. The condo was as advertised. The view was beautiful. The front desk and concierge answered all of our questions. It’s definitely walkable to the beach and adult pool, but there are quite a few stairs. My mother in law was going to come on the trip. It would have been difficult for her to go up and down to the pool.

The location, pool and amenities were excellent. Lovely condo but the 4th “bedroom” pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and the tv in the main room needs to be replaced, screen has several black blotches especially noticeable when there is a lot of sky in the picture. Condo was nicely equipped
This property was a perfect place for 4 adults and 3 teenagers.Everyone had quick and easy access to the mall, the beach and the pool.What a great place to spend quality time with family, and relax!
Would highly recommend this beautiful property for large families or groups. We were a group of 8 made up of 2 families and there was plenty of room for us over Christmas. The location and facilities are great, the family pool is just downstairs and it is a short walk to the beach and the shops. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner and eat on the balcony with an amazing view!
The condo and property were first class in every way! The condo had everything we could possibly need to make our stay great!! We enjoyed the beach-front walkway and access to the other beautiful hotels on Wailea Beach!!!

We were a family of seniors. Although directly above the family pool it is high enough to avoid any noise. Walking down to the adult pool and along the beach walkway gives ample opportunity for exercise. Plus the gym is handy. We loved our stay.
Unbelievable property! The pictures don’t do it justice. Truly amazing! Our family of 5 had more than enough room. Views from the lanai were breathtaking. The beach and pool amenities really made this a great family vacation! Thank you! We will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay! For people who need accessibility, I will say that grab bars in showers and by toilets would be really helpful. Other than that, we found everything pretty accessible; it even has a great option of being able to ask for a golf cart down to the adult pool. Thanks for a beautiful trip!
What a lovely well appointed property and a great location. Being next to the Shops at Wailea was a plus. We had a wonderful time, and will certainly recommend your property to friends
Our family of six and our 2-year-old really enjoyed this place. The family pool is right nearby, which our daughter loved, there's a very shallow end great for small children to stand and splash around in. A nice hot tub adjacent to that pool for the adults. Everything is in walking distance you could need, restaurants, retail, coffee, ice cream, groceries, and the beach. There's delicious macadamia nut coffee in the lobby every day. Unit has a wonderful lanai with barbecue for cooking and having dinner and just enjoying the views of molokini and kahoalawee. Also the baby grand piano was nice for the musician in our family to play. We would definitely stay here again.
we were blown away by this property. The location is ideal for the most relaxing stay. We did not need to drive anywhere, beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, grocery all completely walkable.
Some negative takeaways, sheets were stained and it took over 24 hours, an email and phone call to get new ones.
I think this listing should be a 3 bedroom, not 4 as listed, as one "bedroom" is really an office with a pull out. NOT FAIR to whoever draws the short straw on picking a room.
Other than that, a lovely stay
The accommodations were beautiful. Plenty of space for people to be together or have some personal time. The facility and staff members are top notch. All of the resort features and amenities with the benefit of having a full home to return to each day. All of the beds are exceptionally comfortable (aside from the pullout couch, which would probably be fine for a child). The kitchen is well equipped and has an open set up for easy cooking and conversations. Ideally located near shops, restaurants and other resorts. We hope to return someday.

Large condo, with all that you could need for your stay. The view from the balcony was tremendous, and the condo was very well equipped. One small note - the table on the balcony is very big and takes up a lot of space, especially when trying to use the bbq (note: this is a very small issue - still 5 stars!).
The grounds/pool/beach set ups are fantastic - great for kids and adults.
Overall an exceptional experience!
