Good location and good accommodations. Wish Hottub in pool area worked and fitness center needs air conditioning.
Not very private but nice enough. Rent the top unit so you don’t have kids doing laps above you night and day
Very nice lania, close to the pool, and a very nice pool. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Property management very attentive.
Condo is getting a little dated, but was clean and comfy. Mattress was decent, though headboard and frame a little annoying. Sofa bed was good enough as those things go.
On our trip, the complex seemed to run a little older, though I'm guessing about everyone we saw was another renter. We tried to be very mindful of our kids (6 and 10) making noise. The condos were very quiet.
Lanai was a nice place to sit, but not very scenic.
Location: Condo is near A-Bay, which is a quick drive from here and good for kids. Also nearby are shops and restaurants. Queen's marketplace is excellent, not just for souvenirs but a quick lunch and even pancakes, eggs, and bacon for breakfast.
Overall, a nice stay and I'd consider staying here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days. The property was clean and stocked with a decent amount of appliances. We loved the large lanai. In fact we told our parents and they have now booked the same property.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and pool area also very nice. Our unit was so comfortable and spotless. Lovely decor and fully appointed. Every time we looked for something it was there and more! Thoroughly relaxing stay.

The deep covered outdoor area is a major bonus, we at all of our meals out there. Location is good, with King's and Queens markets in walking distance. Waikoloa gives good driving access to Kohala, Waimea, and best beaches.

We enjoyed our stay in 202. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was fairly private and we loved that each bedroom had a king bed. The kitchen was well stocked. We did go buy better coffee mugs to donate to the cause, because the existing ones were a little small. We would definitely rent this place again.
We have stayed at the Shores a number of times and it has always met or exceeded our expectations.
Nice condo that was very comfortable. Pool and hottub were very nice. Easy walk to shopping and beach.

Overall we would stay here again and would recommend this unit and location. We were however expecting better views while sitting on the patio. The unit was clean and up to date. Thoroughly we’re comfortable and had a great time.

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in Waikaloa: great location, we’ll maintained unit and grounds, spotless unit, well stocked kitchen with many small appliance options, loved the beach gear in the closet. Thank you for the great communication and appreciated the attempt to deal with the ants in the second bathroom. Hope you can get them removed.
This condo was clean, the complex was quiet, and my family was able to relax from the moment we walked in the door. I loved that the lanai was shaded at all times during the day. We would definitely stay here again.
First trip to Hawaii. This unit was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nicely decorated, kitchen was fabulous, and we even had beach towels, chairs and Boogie boards for our beach trips. Beautiful location close to shopping, food and many gorgeous beaches. 5 adults had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The concierge was always ready to help, although we never needed anything, but good to have them available. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at this condo. The lanai is roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach toys. Only thing missing was a cooler. Condo is well decorated, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Maybe you could fix the fridge to open the other way- it was awkward and changing the direction is an easy fix. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
The Shores at Waikoloa unit 202 did not disappoint. The complex is private with a great pool and beautifully manicured grounds. Our unit was very clean and spacious. I never stayed at a condo in Hawaii that had a kitchen that was so well outfitted and equipped. The unit was very well furnished, comfortable, with an amazing lanai that had afternoon sun. We would not hesitate to stay in unit 202 again.
