This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 1,209 square feet with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Beaches Golf Course. Located in Waikoloa Beach Villas, walking to shops, grocery, restaurants, and A-Bay beach.
Primary Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent en-suite master bath with double vanity.
2nd Bedroom: 2 double beds provides maximum flexibility for sleeping in this spacious bedroom. Adjacent bathroom is perfect to maintain privacy in this bedroom nook.
Living Room has a Queen pullout bed for extra sleeping flexibility (and living room has curtains to keep the area private and perfectly dark for sleeping).
Kitchen: new spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a coffee from a full pot, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Lots of appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.
Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the lanai table while overlooking the golf course. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely. Outdoor propane Viking grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market before watching the sunset from your lanai.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 125 steps away – we’ve counted! Also 125 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.
Other: BOB stroller, washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. Queen pullout bed in the living room with plenty of linens! High speed internet. ROKU TV in each bedroom so you can quickly log into your own subscriptions (automatically logs out after your stay based on your dates). Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bodyboard, beach toys, paddle board.
Hilton Day Pass: Free to you! Bask in the Hawaiian sun while sipping your favorite beverage at the gorgeous Hilton lagoon. Your entire party gains free access to the Hilton property just because you booked with us (currently a $100 value per person per day). Host was very attentive and very helpful. Rental was clean and well stocked for our stay.
This is the best host we've ever rented from. Communication was great. We felt very welcome when we arrived at the condo. We arrived to a personalized welcome sign and macadamia nut chocolates. There are very helpful labels all over the condo. The pantry was very well stocked with small extras like spices and oils. The toiletries provided were top notch with plenty of extras that were available. The condo is in top notch condition and very clean. Due to all these reasons when we travel back to the Big Island we will look to stay at a property with this host again. The beach amenities provided were great and we used them several times during our stay. They are located in the garage which is very convenient since you either park in the garage or just outside of it. The location of the pool is very close to the condo. The pool area is not large but very nice. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. Something they use caused all 4 of us to to itch. I discussed that problem with the pool manager but she said all the chemicals were in balance. I tried the hot tub again later during our trip and had the same problem while in the water. It did not seem to bother the other guy I was talking to while I was in there so who knows. The itchiness went away not long after I go out. We did not have this issue with the pool. Queens Marketplace and the Kings shops are an easy walk from the condo and so is A-bay beach. Property grounds are very well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in Hawaii! The beach umbrella/chairs/cart were a well-used bonus, as were the Hilton pool passes. The rental was very comfortable and we often enjoyed mid-day breaks in it, in addition to our evenings.
Loved the condo will stay there again. Matt was very proactive ahead of time in making sure we enjoyed our stay.Will rent from him again.

Matt's property is stunning! Like new and super clean. He has absolutely thought of everything, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. No need to bring anything. Very easy walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and the market. The recommended Mauna Kea luau was a blast with wonderful food and entrtainment. We rented Matt's Kia also, great, clean vehicle that easily accommodated 5 adults and beach gear. We hope to return soon!
This was one of the best short-term rentals we have stayed at. The hosts thought of everything and we had excellent communication before and after (no need during). We would definitely come back again!
Beautiful unit in a wonderful community. Matt was super accommodating providing an absolute top notch experience. The furnishings were comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Matt has 2 pack and plays, a stroller, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and household supplies it was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Great views of the gold course from the balcony. The pool and gym are just across the street. The attention to detail really set this place apart. It was a true resort experience. There are great shops and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away including decent sized food store that has prepared meals as well as groceries, beer and wine, steaks and fish, which were bought and cooked in the grill. The beach was amazing, just a 3 minute drive away and had palm trees providing shade. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Matt, the unit and the community were, it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The Big Island is an amazing place!
This was a great place to stay. Everything we need to enjoy stay was provided.
Matt is an awesome host with an awesome location. Located directly across of the waikoloa queens market place makes this condo a must stay. This was our first family vacation in a condo and having all the amenities offered was amazing, the pool, spa and exercise room were less than a minute walk away with little to no one there during our 5 day stay which came to a surprise for us. We highly recommend staying here, great for the adult and kids. Definitely a return place for our family.

Property was well stocked and clean. Two nice bikes were a plus. Snorkel gear could use a little work. Would stay there again for sure.
