The perfect vacation rental awaits you! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is centrally located in the beautiful oceanfront neighborhood of Kolea. It is one of those versatile homes that provides great space for one or two couples, or the ideal layout for your family.
Located on the ground floor, this end unit has windows on three sides that open to the cooling tropical breezes and the fragrance of island flowers.
The spacious living and dining area open to the large lanai with a wonderful summer kitchen and expands your space into the beautifully landscaped lawn beyond. There is room for the kids to run and play while you supervise from the lanai. Enjoy a BBQ dinner or your favorite tropical concoction on the lanai as the sun sets.
The well-equipped kitchen encourages your inner creative chef to show off a bit, or simply walk to a number of great restaurants in the area if you’d rather let someone else do the honors. With 1554 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy privacy and still have space to gather and celebrate your time together in this beautiful island paradise.
The spacious master suite features a cal king bed and you will find a television in every room. The master bath offers a large soaking tub and separate walk in shower along with dual sinks. All towels and linens are provided.
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and garden views. It also offers a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom, which is furnished with two twin beds, has its own TV. The second and third bedrooms share the second full bath.
There is a full sized washer and dryer conveniently located in a utility area off the front hall, and we supply the laundry products for your use.
Kolea 14K is perfectly situated for our guests and is located within a short walk to the pool and fitness facility for easy access and enjoyment. Careful thought has gone into equipping the property with all of those little amenities that make life easy and carefree on vacation. You can walk to A-Bay within 5 minutes, one of the premier beaches on the Kohala Coast, for snorkeling and swimming or stroll up to the Kings’ Shops or the Queen’s Marketplace for fine or casual dining, shopping, or the Farmer’s Market that is held on Wednesday mornings.
Golf, other beaches, and all the shopping, ocean sports activities, and dining opportunities of the Kohala Coast are within just a short drive.

Excellent condo in a superb location. The unit is actually better than the pictures - clean, quiet, spacious, ground-floor, very light inside and great lanai - furnishings beautiful and amenities (including appliances) excellent. Closet stocked with everything you could need for the beach, which is just a few min walk away (but condo pool area near the ocean also great). Minutes walk from Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace (HIGHLY recommend Island Market in Queens Marketplace for groceries, lunch, sundries, etc). Ample parking. We generally don’t stay in the same place twice but all of us (including two college-aged kids) would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Everything was great! We enjoyed the stay for our family Christmas vacation!
Overall it was very good. Mattress needs updating. Also for the price there could be items such as shampoo and hand soap. It gets costly having to buy everything (foil, zip locs, olive oil, etc) that you need but can’t use up. We have stayed in other units in Kolea that are very well stocked so was just expecting that level . The condo complex and grounds are beautiful.
We noticed that the Ceiling fans and fan lights are on the same switch and using the dimmer reduces the fan speed and dims the light. The other switch not sure what it controls. The outdoor grill needs to be cleaned. We had a lot of flare ups due to built up grease. We greatly appreciate the abundance of towels. My wife and daughter both have long hair and having extra towels was a big plus. The outdoor Lanai was enjoyed by all. Really enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed professionally managed vacation rental with access to pool / clubhouse and walkable to A'Bay.
Our family aged 7-79 all enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Lots of beach toys which my girls appreciated borrowing. The unit is a short walk to a beautiful beach-perfect for kids. Pool was great as well!
Came with our three small children and everyone loved the place. Fully stocked with all the beach toys and floaties you'll need. The host was very quick to respond for any requests. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach 10/10 would stay again.

Enjoyed a girls trip at Kolea 14K. Layout was great for the 4 of us, quick walk to the pool and beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance to shops, perfect location.
Wendee was very helpful. Found bedrooms quite dirty. Especially front bedrooms. Had some issues with ants. They rectified quickly but still present for half our stay. Had to throw out a lot of food. Kitchen supplies could be renewed cups very warm. Beach toys could be renewed mostly warn or broken.

This was our second time staying in the Kolea neighborhood. The amenities and proximity to the beach are amazing. This unit was everything we wanted. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and there were sufficient beach toys/chairs in the closet. Would come again in a heartbeat!
This place was wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Clean, comfortable, beautiful complex. Also the beach closet was phenomenal. Highly recommend for families with small children.

This is the sweet spot of vacation homes: perfect location, full amenities, sparkling clean, smooth checkin/checkout, prompt communication.
Easily walkable to stores and restaurants
This condo is very clean and well maintained - it is obviously a loved vacation home. It is in a gated neighbourhood, and just a short 5 min or less walk to the beach and pool. Beds were comfy, linens were nice, and there were more beach and bath towels than you could ever need!!! There is a closet that is full of beach things: chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and flippers, footballs, kids sand toys, kids life jackets, pool noodles, and coolers for drinks. The bedrooms are all as pictured, and the bathrooms were clean. Good amount of TP was provided for our week stay, but would need to purchase more if you stayed longer. There was only a very small amount of shampoo and body wash, and no conditioner, so you should bring some or buy it here. The kitchen was really well stocked - I think the only things we noticed that were missing were scissors and a pizza cutter. The appliances are all clean and worked well. Lots of plates and cups and cutlery, so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher until it was full. Plenty of dish towels too! A good amount of spices and condiments were left behind by previous guests, and they were all appreciated! The property is a 10-min walk from the Kings/Queens marketplaces. There is a grocery store there, but the prices are all pretty high due to the location. If you drive 15 mins up to Waikoloa Village there is a grocery store that is a bit more reasonable (though still island prices!) The management company was very responsive and flexible!
The home was beyond what we expected. Great location. More amenities than what we expected. We were planning to rent a pack-in-play for our 7-month old grandson but one was already there along with an infant tub, and highchair. Beach toys galore. On-site pool and easy beach access were amazing. Already planning another trip back to Hawaii. Hopefully this home will be available.
With three young children, this property’s ground floor location and short walk to the beach club (pool) and beach made for an ideal stay. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Relaxing stay property had everything we needed!
Overall excellent stay. Exactly as advertised. Property Manager was very responsive. With small kids, there was an excellent selection of beach and pool toys. Patio was very nice spot for coffee in mornings. We ate in a lot - groceries from Costco on first day and then at local store in Waikoloa Village. The grocery store at Queens shops was very expensive so we avoided it.
