Amenities:
Beach Equipment: beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, boogie board, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: This is a Non Smoking unit. There are designated smoking areas on the property. Please note according to association rules there is no smoking outside except in designated areas.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment.
No Pets: This vacation rental is pet free. Association rules do not allow pets in any of the properties in Waikoloa Colony Villas. Bonus: No barking dog noise from any neighber.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. One additional reserved parking spot avaible at spot #190. Additional car is on a first come first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival inside unit at front door.
Tennis/Pickleball Courts: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis.
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining.
Our vacation rental includes a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not promised but may be available.
Please note: In regard to the beach essentials listed by AirBnB, we do not supply a beach blanket or snorkeling gear.
OCCUPANCY & GUESTS:
Due to Homeowners Association Rules the maximum occupancy listed for this property is the maximum, regardless of age (infants count toward the maximum occupancy listed)
Your rental rate included the maximum occupancy listed on this property. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged $500 and asked to vacate. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is your acknowledgment of the fee and this is collectable thru your credit card used to secure the booking.
You may not have more than 2 visitors/guests at the unit or common facilities at any time. This is strictly enforced by the Homeowner Association for maximum enjoyment for all guests and residents. If you have reserved multiple units, please make sure we are aware so we can notify the onsite management.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: You will receive arrival instructions via email 7 days before your arrival. If arrival instructions are not received, please check your junk and clutter folder then notify us at if not received.
PROPERTY OCCUPANCY IS from 4:00 pm on arrival day to 11:00 am on departure day unless alternate times have been pre-arranged. Checking out later than 11:00 am without prior approval will incur a $35 per hour billed to your credit card on file. We are unable to accommodate Early Arrivals or Late Departures due to maintenance and housekeeping scheduling and last-minute booking availability. If you require a stay past 11:00 am or have a late flight, please arrange for an additional night.
Please Note: We can sometimes accomodate you for early arrival or late checkout depending on booking and cleaning schedules. Check with us and we will do our best but cannot promise this in advance.
HOME SUPPLIES:
Your vacation home is supplied with linens, towels, beach towels, a startup supply of toilet paper, paper towel, travel size hand soap/shampoo, trash bags, trash liners and a sponge. Salt and pepper, aluminum foil, saran wrap, and coffee filters are provided, we do not supply oils, spices, coffees or teas. All properties have washers, dryers and dishwashers with unlimited laundry soap. We also supply dish soap, dishwasher soap, and 1 spray cleaner/disinfectant.
