The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.
As a family of 5, we often have to squeeze into spaces meant for 4. This condo was great - no squeezing! Table seats 6 and there were 4 beds. Great for our family, including two teens who like their space. We loved the abundance of towels, including neach towels.
Trenae and Paul’s place was great. This is our third stay in this complex and this is by far the best. Loved all the room to spread out and they had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We’ll definitely be back.
Terrific condo with pride of ownership throughout. Clean, well stocked and in great condition. Trenae was so thorough in her communications and was very accommodating throughout the process. Our family of five with grandma loved our stay and we would recommend renting without any hesitation. Thanks for opening your home away from home to us !

We loved our stay in this Big Island unit. The condo was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having so many chairs and umbrellas available and there was even a full supply of sunscreen. The grounds were great with an amazing pool and wonderful golf course views.
The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The condo is within easy walking distance of the King shops and the Queen’s marketplace. We enjoyed the condo very much.
Our family had a great time staying here. The teenagers loved that they could walk to shops and I felt completely safe with them doing so. My husband and I got to walk down the restaurants and both enjoy some drinks because we didn't have to drive, that was really nice! The pool is very close to the condo and the kids enjoyed their time there. The location was great and lots of beaches in driving distance. We even walked to the one closest to the condo and it was a nice beach (too far to walk and lug all of our stuff though, so we ended up driving to a few different beaches during our stay). Overall, we had a great time!
This is our third time staying at Paul and Trenae’s beautiful condo, and it was wonderful! Love the sunsets on the lanai, the wee geckos that came to visit. A perfect and relaxing vacation. Can't wait for next time!

This unit is perfect for a family trip. We traveled with a group of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 near-teenager), and the setup was great. The location was convenient for many activities, and the beach equipment was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
This was our 2nd time to the Big Island and to Trenae and Paul’s condo. They are very responsive hosts and have stocked their condo with everything you need - from kitchen and bath items to everything you need for the beach. Their condo is clean and homey, is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and A-Bay, and only a few driving minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. Having breakfast on the lanai is one of our favourite things. We definitely their condo and give it a 5 stars.

Our stay at this property was everything we wanted and expected it to be based on the listing. The check in/check out process was seamless. In fact, Trenae went out of her way to accommodate me when I texted her after checking out that I had forgotten my charging cords! She allowed us to return back to the property almost 4 hours later and retrieve them…so grateful!! They have everything you need—from a fully stocked kitchen, to shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms, to all the beach gear we needed for our week stay. The only thing missing was a pizza pan and cutter! :) The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if the opportunity allows. We have stayed at several properties in the Waikoloa Resort area and if you are on the fence about this one look no further!
Our family had an outstanding stay in Trenae and Paul’s unit at Fairway Villas. The exceptionally clean condo is convenient to all Waikoloa amenities including A Bay Beach and King’s and Queen’s Markets. Everyone in the complex was very welcoming and they even invited us to their New Year’s Eve event. The pool and gym are convenient to the condo. Trenae and Paul are extremely responsive hosts and committed to ensuring the best stay possible for their guests. Five stars in all respects!
