We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. The host was great at communicating and providing instructions a suggestions for a great stay on the island. The golf cart to get around the resort and the access to the golf course were such nice perks. Lisa even reached out when we had a Tsunami warning to make sure we were okay and knew where to go. We will be back.
My wife and kids had a great stay here. The unit is located in a really great neighborhood. It is very quiet and family friendly. The unit itself was well equipped with very comfortable beds and all necessary kitchen utensils plus a three burner gas grill. The unit has a great ocean/golf course view with ample snorkel gear/beach chairs/beach towels/boogie boards ect. Sitting outside on lanai was very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart that comes with the unit was a really nice bonus. The neighborhood pool is very nice with beautiful ocean views and a bar/restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and love coming back to this condo when we stay on the Big Island. Very well-appointed compared to most, and such a nice community. Member benefits at the Waikoloa Golf Course, nice view of the fairways and distant water, convenient to everything in Waikoloa. The Ocean Club is a great added bonus. We will be back again!
Lived everything about this well appointed unit in Hali’i Kai. The view and golf cart made our stay fantastic! Host and property manager were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make our stay personalized. Thank you for a great week- we will be back!

Great stay! Beautiful property, clean, spacious, fully stocked condo with amazing view! We will be back!
100% recommend! We stayed for 7 days and and the host Allyson was fantastic! I took advantage of the golf package which I played twice. If you don’t bring clubs there are a few sets in the garage. The golf cart was great to get to and from the pool. The views from the pool were AMAZING. Sunsets out on the grass behind the condo were flawless. The unit was super clean and the host Allyson was lighting fast with responses. We will be back at this complex and most likely this same unit next year!
This is our second time staying at this property. It’s great location. Golfing is a big plus. The property is very clean and well stocked up with everything you’ll need. We will definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay. It was like a home away from home. Lots of room for our family of 6. Very nice place! Very Clean! Comfortable Beds! Quiet area! It was nice to be able to park in driveway instead of a garage and walking long distance. Can see the beautiful sunset right from lanai. We would definitely stay here again and Lisa stayed in contact and answered our questions quickly. She made sure we didn’t need anything.

Staying at the Hali'i Kai condo made our family vacation just PERFECT!
From the booking to checkout, the process was seamless.
We arrived at Lisa's immaculate condo equipped with everything we needed to make it home for 2 beautiful weeks on the Big Island.
The condo & views looked exactly as pictured/advertised on VRBO, including the use of their golf cart which was a great way to get to the nearby Ocean Club pool/restaurant.
Even though there are limitless places to eat on the Big Island, we were impressed with the delicious cuisine offered at the Ocean Club. Everything we tried was great (cocktails too)! Lisa also shared additional great local recommendations that we enjoyed.
We also greatly appreciated the generous 'Welcome' basket of goodies from our host, Lisa, and the Guest binder that contained information about EVERYTHING you would need to enjoy the Island (courtesy of Allyson Michaels Concierge). We also received the digital version prior to our trip so that we could make plans for activities & excursions in advance.
We really enjoyed the private & very friendly community at Hali'i Kai! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and we loved going to the Ocean Club almost every night to enjoy an evening swim and the stunning sunsets! Truly a relaxing vacation in paradise!
We miss it already, but we will definitely return to Hali'i Kai because our host Lisa and Allyson made our stay so memorable! Mahalo : )

To start, Lisa is just awesome. Every question answered promptly. The unit is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Modern appliances. Golf clubs in the garage helpful. Golf discount is huge - especially for a foursome that plays every day. We will miss having our morning coffee overlooking the 6th hole and the ocean. I highly recommend this unit!
