It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen did not have hot water and the parking for the second vehicle was limited.

Love the room for our family of six. Maintenance responded quickly to a toilet that was constantly running. Perfect area to be for home base when exploring the island. Overall it felt clean, but there were some areas that could use some deep cleaning.

Good value for the money paid. Received what was expected with a few nice surprises such as the pool area and quitness. Beats combat tourism in dowtown Kona. Just a lttle too far from beach and stores if you are in a hurry or don't like the heat and wind.

We have to say we appreciated the management’s responses to our concerns, they sent out a carpet cleaning company to have the carpets and furniture cleaned and the baseboards wiped down and the slider washed right away. This unit is tired and could use an update.

Our family of five enjoyed the spacious condo on our first trip to HI. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals (although very limited pantry staples), 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The hot tub and pool were right across the street and not busy when we visited. Quiet area and pretty close to many amenities, including beach five minutes by car. Carpet and baseboards could use an update but other than that it was great for our family. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board and snorkel gear. We didn’t use tennis rackets. One recommendation would be to add a beach umbrella to the amenities. If we visit again, we’ll stay here.

Tired and overtly stained carpet was throughout the unit. Obvious mold/mildew in the primary shower was present as well. I was terrified to let our son crawl or older children walk barefoot on the floor. Sheets were visibly stained as well. The community is nice, but this unit needs several changes before it should be considered appropriate to host again.

We have stayed at multiple condos at this complex and enjoyed our stay. It is a great location. This particular property didn't offer beach gear like some others, but the managers were very communicative and accommodating.

My family of 3 and my parents stayed at this property for our week vacation. We loved the location and the shops close by. Very walk friendly with paths everywhere. The pool is close to the property which my son appreciated. The location on the island is also great since you can get to a variety of beaches to snorkel in 10-20min. The property was big enough for all of us to be together or get space if we needed. The only very minor thing we noticed was the carpet on the stairs looking a little dirty. Great place to stay, wonderful condo complex and would absolutely stay here again.
