Great house, all the gear for the beach, pool near the house.
This was a great condo for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had beach accessories for the kids. It was also really nice to have the pool so close! We’d definitely stay here again.
Great communication/check-in process; comfortable bed; great A/C; great pools and location; would stay again.
Beautiful environment and very clean comfortable unit
This unit and property were great! The Hilton pool pass was a nice bonus, but after going once, we didn’t go back. Just too many crying kids for our liking. We preferred the more quiet pool just a few steps away from this unit. Great location. We ended driving all over the island… Hilo, Volcanoes National Park, South Point, Kailua-Kona. We preferred the Waikoloa area the most. The garage helped keep the car cool. The check in and check out process was very easy. The provided cooler, beach chairs, towels, pool noodles, etc were put to very good use and came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The ONLY issue was the bedroom with the twin beds in the front of the unit didn’t seem to cool down like the rest of the unit did. We kept the blinds shut and the fan blowing, but it was just warmer than elsewhere. I don’t know if anything could or can be done about that. Also, the BBQ grills at the pool were deteriorating and didn’t work that well it took quite a while to grill just a couple hot dogs. But, that’s the overall property and not belonging to this unit individually.

Great location. Loved pool pass. Floors dirty. I washed the hard floors but carpet very stained and needs cleaning . Made me uncomfortable.
Sheets had tears and blankets not adequate. Get lighter bedspreads.
The condo was clean and very inviting. The pool near our condo was under construction but the one a little further away was lovely. We loved the location.
Had everything we needed for a family beach week, included beach chairs, umbrella, bodyboards. Space was roomy with nice private views onto the golf course. Well located for exploring different beaches each day, also enjoyed the resort pools too.

Unit was nice, tho we had stayed in another unit in February that was exceptional. Had never stayed in a place where there was no bed skirt on the king bed in the master bedroom. The black metal frame was exposed giving the room an unfinished and unwelcoming appearance. I fashioned a bed skirt for that bed out of white sheets found in the closet. The garage remote did not work but we were able to work around that and chose not to bother management about it. In the kitchen, a dirty looking dish towel was folded for our use and left by the sink with a new sponge. Other than a few small areas that were missed during vacuuming, the unit was clean and we did enjoy our stay.

Very nice unit in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, one of the best Vacation destinations in Hawaii. Condo was luxuriously decorated, but very comfortable. Property management quickly responded to a concern we had with the unit. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

It was an awesome experience for my son's birthday. We were right next to the pool and everything was available in the condo and out. We will definitely book in the future. Mahalo
We stayed here for a week and loved the townhome and property! Loved being able to walk out the door and go for a run to the beach and have coffee on the lanai and walk over to the hot tub at night. Very cozy spot and had everything we needed. When we arrived the microwave didn't work but with a quick phone call, management brought a new one which was much appreciated. The carpet could use replacing but it certainly didn't affect or stay in anyway. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great. It was comfortable, and in an idyllic setting. Very close to the pool, and not far from shops and beaches.
Great checkin procedure. All amenities are as described in listing. Had no issues with the unit and met needs perfectly! The property has great access to kids pool (no hot tub/jacuzzi) so we had a bla. With our 5 and 7 y/o trekking over to the ‘big pool’ with jacuzzi. The larger pool has a waterfall and jacuzzi.
The location on the tee box for a hole of the kings course was great! High recommend and will try to book again if possible!
Great experience staying in this townhouse. Well equipped with everything we needed and so clean. We used the beach chairs and umbrella as well as the boogie boards. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with outstanding views. Would highly recommend to our friends.
We had the best time at this property at our 5 week stay. The property was great for our family of four, lots of space, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, three bathrooms and more. We spent time studying and working online and there was a lot of space for all of us to do our work. The internet connection was great and the TV provided a lot of channels. The ResorticaHawaii.com team was super responsive, very friendly and professional, always communicated back with a good answer. We had a request to increase the internet connection when we arrived and they took care of it right away. We were very happy with how quick they took our requests and helped us make our stay great.
