Property Overview
Our townhome features an open concept greatroom, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with new amenities, 3 bedrooms (2 with kingsize beds). Great for families! Enjoy stunning ocean and mountain views while you relax in the most spacious floor plan at Hali’i Kai.
Everything during your stay will be managed personally by us. No management companies, no “we’ll get back to you’s.” Our only goal is to make your Hawaiian holiday as memorable (and easy) as possible!
Aside from the spectacular view, what we love most about our townhome are its high ceilings and bamboo hardwood flooring, which give a spacious feeling to the two-story floor plan. The Master boasts a king-sized bed, lanai with oceanview, and en-suite bath. An additional upstairs bedroom has twin bunks and a double murphy bed (great for kids!). The 3rd bedroom with king bed is on the 1st floor, well-separated for privacy.
Hali'i Kai is an exclusive private gated community in the Waikoloa resort area on Hawaii's Kohala coast. It offers a tropical landscape, spectacular ocean views, proximity to world-class golf courses, secluded beaches and more. Our unit, 6F, is a short walk to the Ocean Club Pavilion where you can relax in the lagoon-style black-bottom pool, dig your feet in the sand-bottom hot tub or play in the nearby children’s wading pool. Enjoy poolside meals, snacks, and cocktails at the Ocean Club Grill & Bar, exclusive to residents and guests, or work out in the oceanfront fitness cabana while enjoying the island breeze and the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
A $25 per day resort fee paid directly to the resort grants you access to the private oceanfront owners' club and is not included in the rent. The fee is per unit per day, not per guest.
Lastly, we live on the mainland but are available to you 24/7 during your stay and we are very prompt to reply! We will check in to make sure everything is ok, but will generally leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. We're also available prior to your arrival to answer any questions or help guide you to activities, restaurants, shopping.

Our condo was the perfect place for our week long stay for a medical conference. The home is quiet, ever so comfortable beds, fluffy towels, super clean everything. When our annual conference returns to Hawaii in three years, we'd love to stay again.
Amazing Condo great location amenities were wonderful $25 resort fee per day is not in the listing but well worth it.
We had a wonderful stay here with 5 adults and two kids. The neighborhood is very peaceful, great to take a morning walk with the kids. Beautiful views from the clubhouse. Close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Has all of the amenities we needed and we really enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic property with outstanding finishes. It IS on 2nd and 3rd floor, so a fair number of stairs between you and your bed. And the area lacked soulful restaurants, etc (whole area is filled with resorts so there are plenty of options, just not much authentic Hawaii nearby). But this property was absolutely fantastic. Really pleased with our stay. Couldn't recommend more to anyone seeking resort property.
Beautiful property. Great location with a wonderful pool area. Condo was spotless and was wonderful having three full bathrooms. The only inconvenience was the fact that we arrived after seven on the first night and the front desk closed at six, so I had to wait until the next morning to get our access cards for the pool and everything. When I checked in the next morning, I still had to pay the $25 fee for the first day even though we couldn’t use it since we arrived too late.
This was our last stop in our hectic Hawaii vacation and it was a perfect spot to relax before hading home.
The property met all our expectations. The location was fantastic, close to all needed amenities and secluded enough for some needed privacy. Short walk to pool.. Loved the views and excellent areas to have a scenic walk. Would recommend the location to others
Beautiful Home in an Amazing community. Steve and Debby were wonderful to work with - responsive, helpful, and such a positive experience. We loved everything about this property - check in was quick and easy, the Ocean Club amenity is a bonus for such a reasonable price. The home is perfectly furnished; no detail has been missed. We spent our first afternoon watching whales cross from our lounge chairs at the amazing Ocean Club, followed by a stunning sunset. Our only wish, was that we had more time to spend here….We hope to be back next year, and that this lovely home will be available for our 2024 stay! The property was clean and comfortable! It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a 1 year old. Well stocked in the kitchen (however it a rice cooker would be even more convenient) and bathrooms. My son loved the sand toys. I would definitely stay here again!
The townhouse is modern, clean, and spacious. Enjoyed the Hali'i Kai property overlooking the Waikoloa golf course and sunset view. It's a short walk to the pool and private restaurant (pay the $20/day per unit resort fee at office to use - worth it!). Check in and check out communications were very clear and easy. Nice place!
The place is beautiful and the views are stunning! The hosts are very responsive and do a great job on communication. Would stay there again.
