The condo has the potential to be beautiful. The view is absolutely AMAZING. The grounds of the resort are well kept. However, there were several things that needed fixing...the deck chairs, an upstairs window, the faucet, we had to ask for toilet paper because there was only one partial roll in the master bathroom, the fire alarm needed a new battery and let us know at about 2am one day. The pool was drained for two days of our stay which was unfortunate but scheduled by the facility. We had a great visit to the island but I most likely would not rent this particular condo again just because with the amount of money it brings in these small things mentioned should all have been long addressed before new renters came in. The best thing about the condo was the view.

It was very hot when we walked in. Horrible! Shower door needs fixing,clean washer machine,it has mold, fridge needs to be cleaned out. Fix all shades in rooms. Dusting needs to happen. Remove paint cans from condo, very dangerous. On a positive note, the views were AMAZING.

Location was perfect. Older building that could use updates and replace outside wicker furniture in the living room. The house was dirty! Hair in bathroom drains. The towels smelled so bad I washed them 4 times, still couldn’t get the smell out so I went out and bought towels. The washing machine has mold all through it.. no cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves so had to purchase that too. For the cost charged to clean, I expected better.

The view was amazing, but the condo is in desperate need of repairs. The patio furniture was horrible. All of the cushions were shredded, the wood on the table & chairs was peeling, the lounge furniture was rusted and worn. In fact, my husband fell through one of the chairs when he sat down. The living room furniture was clean but terribly uncomfortable with very thin cushions. The air conditioning didn't work because the sliding doors to the patio wouldn't close completely so the sensors didn't connect so the only time it cooled off was at night. The carpets were so dirty we wouldn't walk around without our flipflops on because our feet would get so filthy. The washing machine had mold on the rim. There were power outlets in the kitchen & living room that were falling out of the walls and could cause a fire. I have photos of all these issues. I emailed Wayne, the property manager, so he sent his assistant, Corrina, to come by. She ended up buying new cushions & lounge chairs for the patio and acknowledged all the other issues. The window in the loft was broken so she forced it open to get air flowing through. She had someone come try to fix the sliding glass doors but they couldn't fix them. Wayne was rude to me when I emailed him and said I was just looking for things to complain about. He was more concerned about trying to justify the poor quality of the condo. I've stayed at this complex many times and this is the worst unit I've seen.

The property is a bit on the older side, and with the vaulted ceilings, it can take a while for the rooms to be comfortable, especially when humid. The views fro the living room and master bedroom is beautiful, but the place itself is a bit outdated. Short stays would probably benefit from this place.

Absolutely would rent again. Few things to know…you have to carry any luggage up to third floor - no elevators! The condo has quirks - fans provided do a great job in cooling down the upper third bedroom, the main doors to the balcony are sticky so we used the other doors to enter/exit the balcony, the AC unit puts out a LOT of heat on the balcony. That out of the way, the location is priceless! Safe, convenient, quiet neighbors, enough parking, good internet, amazing sunsets, vast ocean views! Downstairs bedrooms are big and comfy, upstairs one is somewhat crowded with two single beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Most of all, prompt communication with manager picking up the phone and answering our questions! Thank you for a great stay.
