The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.
The condo definitely has a view wow factor! It was a comfortable and clean space. It was great having both the salt water and fresh water pools. The kids loved it! We would return in a heartbeat!
Wonderful apartment, great communication with owner when minor issue with the apartment complex came up (issue was resolved), we celebrated a birthday on the Lanai, great memories
This place is truly a hidden gem! Two pools, incredible sunsets and everything you could need from a vacation rental. There is something for everyone. Do not hesitate!!
We have just stayed at this place for the last 6 nights. This is the best room at this property as far as location goes. The views over the ocean are incredible and the sunset views each day are the best.
The room is very quiet which leads to a relaxing stay. The room has everything needed for a great stay. The pools are nice and the location is central to the Kona coast. The room is comfortable but well worn. It was very clean on arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Thanks for having us.

Perfect location with wraparound lanai to watch sunsets and ocean life. Well stocked kitchen equipment and nicely furnished.
Clean. Beautiful views and the best L shaped lanai where we had all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. Common yard had grills we used often. They blow conch shells at sunset every night. We were here for scuba diving but this place was our favorite place to be that wasnt under water. We'll definitely come back.
This condo is FANTASTIC!! You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room. The wrap around lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and the well-appointed rooms make this place a must stay. (And you can’t beat the location and having 2 pools on the property!!!) Don’t hesitate. We will be back!
Perfect locatia but dated and could use some freshening up. Lanai was the best. Overall excellent experience.
Suite met and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, comfort & how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen. We (happily) cooked way more than we anticipated because everything we needed or wanted was available. The common areas, beach & pool were pushing 5 star compared to any resort property. The ocean and wildlife views from the lanai alone- 6 stars -makes it worth staying on the water especially when you consider how much you save in time and money NOT driving to a beach every day & paying for scenic tours.
