This condo was a perfect location to be our “home base” for activities we did all over the island of Kauai!
This was a great place to stay! The location was within a short walks’ distance to beaches, great snorkeling, and relatively short drives to beautiful hikes. The pool, pickleball courts, and restaurant in the resort were an additional perk. Gorgeous sunsets that we viewed from our balcony! The sunscreen, wagon, beach chairs, pickleball equipment, games, books etc. were such a thoughtful addition as well. We really had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Hands down, this condo is the most nicely appointed, cleanest stay we’ve ever had, anywhere in the world. It makes such a huge difference when the owners also clean and maintain the property! Not a thing is out of place or missing, and the location could not be more perfect. We never used the air conditioning, the condo is perfectly ventilated. Sunsets were fantastic. We’ve stayed at quite a few different Poipu Kai properties, and this one is far and away the best. We can’t wait to come back!
This is the third time we have rented this condominium. The owner’s Jake and Jenny are awesome to work with and have this condo very nicely appointed from the kitchen to the beach chairs.

Excellent property with beautiful amenities and amazing views. There are no negatives to mention from its location to its cleanliness, layout and well equipped unit to the care shown by its owners. This property gives full value to anyone who may be considering renting it for their next “dream”vacation.

This condo was extremely well appointed. Had everything we needed to make a nice meal and relax on the lanai to enjoy the amazing view. The bed was so comfortable too! Managers respond quickly to any questions too!!
This is a spectacular property. Every detail was met. Jake and Jenny are fantastic hosts and they made sure our visit to Kauai was special. Views, amenities, and comfort were all top shelf. Can’t say enough about our visit.

The condo was clean and equipped with all the essentials we needed for our beach activities. Our favorite part was sitting out on the lanai enjoying the spectacular ocean view! We appreciated your thoughtfulness in leaving fruit on the counter and cocktails in the frig. We are already looking forward to our next stay in this perfect setting!

We had a wonderful stay in Jake's condo! The view is fantastic and the apartment both quiet and breezy. Jake was very helpful as well, we would definitely come back!
Really beautiful property. Had everything we could have wanted. Walking distance to restaurants (we liked to go to kalapaki joes and brenneckes beach broiler for happy hour). Kitchen is fully stocked. We liked to go down to poipu beach to watch the sunset most nights. Central location to drive to port allen (boat tours start here) or day trip to the canyon or north side. Everything you need to go to the beach for the day or if you're looking for something easier the pool was a 2 min walk.
We had a wonderful time. This is definitely one of the best condos in this development. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. All the units are situated in a nicely landscaped, well maintained park like environment. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only negative was the noise from the proximity of the main Street. It's only noticeable in the bedroom and needed a little getting used to at night, since I'm a light sleeper. Otherwise everything was perfect. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen had everything you could possibly need including some basics such as oil, spices, etc. A very nice gesture was the coffee supply for our entire 10 day stay, as well as a welcome surprise of a bottle of wine, some island cocktails and fresh fruit. The owner was very approachable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our Kauai experience a wonderful one. I highly recommend this place.

This place really made our stay great and stress-free. It’s walkable to three beaches on beautiful paths. It is close to see the sea turtles and monk seals. The condo is very cozy and has everything you could want and need. The owners were nice enough to leave us fresh fruit from their own home. Communication was easy. We definitely would recommend staying here!
Loved the view of the well manicured grounds and the waves in the distance. The unit was everything promised in the write up, and more. The owners included many thoughtful touches including plenty of beach gear, and even a bowl of fresh picked citrus. Appreciated that the condo kitchen was well stocked, including plenty of kitchen gear and serving bowls. Lovely stay. Mahalo!
This property will not disappoint in any way. The unit is updated and very clean! Everything we needed was made available for a great week away from home. The photos on line are perfect! Can’t beat the ocean views from the lanai. We had the perfect sunset view night after night. This will be our first option any time we find ourselves back in Kauai. Hats off to the hosts! Jake was very accessible and we so appreciated the fresh citrus they left for us to enjoy!
Jake and his spouse ( I apologize for not recalling her name) do a first class job of organizing, appointing, preparing and servicing their lovely condo. Sincerely the Best Ever!!!

Another great experience at the condo. This is where we will always stay when coming to Kauai.
We had a great time here. The views and proximity to the beach were standouts. Since it’s the top floor, it’s quieter, and you can see the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay near Poipu beach!
The space was more grand and the views were more beautiful than we could expect. Impressive high ceilings, aesthetically pleasant and very comfortable furniture, fully stoked kitchen with everything we needed and more, made for a great experience staying in this wonderful condo. We walked to three different beach and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. Jake’s recommendations for local restaurants and activities were on point but I would highly recommend to do advanced reservations (like a week ahead for dinners and few weeks for tours and activities such luau)

Property was exactly as described. Very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the lanai is wonderful and the proximity to the beach was great. We would definitely stay again!
The views from the balcony are amazing! Sunset can be seen every day and you’re more private than those in the lower floors. Walk to the playground and beach is really easy, there’s even a wagon provided. Property was exceptionally clean, more than most places we’ve seen. Lots of amenities, games, books provided. Great stay!
