The condo was great! It was literally across the street from the pool. And the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was amazing. Great beach for kids, clean bathrooms, and good shade. We ate dinner most nights on the lanai and watched the sunset.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Our family had a great stay at this condo at the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani. The condo was great and very well stocked for kitchen supplies, pots, and pans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach, hotel, and access to the wonderful Beach Club. We absolutely recommend!
We were so grateful that we found this property! Such quick and easy walks to nice beaches, or easy short drives to other nice beaches! I was surprised to see how much they had stored in their garage that I don't believe was on the listing, but truly made our vacation even better! Especially the wagon for our little one! Thank you, and we would 100% book again and next time we'll remember to leave the pool key!!!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of five. We loved the location (beaches, walking trails, shopping) and the condo had everything we needed (kitchen, beach items, washer/dryer) It was a beautiful space to spend relaxing time together as a family!
Condo was great for my family of 5. Everything you could possibly need was included. Location was great. Pool was wonderful and steps from the front door. Beautiful walking path close by that leads to beach access. The private beach was excellent and a short drive away. Nice having a garage to use. Bikes were fun. Unfortunately a lot of the snorkeling gear was broken but that was no fault to the owners, just the last guests I’m sure. We would stay again for sure if we make it back to the Big Island in the future.
This condo was in a terrific location with beautiful beach close by. We enjoyed the pool and historical park also within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Will be back!
Palm Villas is a wonderful place to stay when you are vacationing on the Big Island. Everything is within walking distance, and you couldn't ask for a better kept complex and units.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the condo and would book again. Our family loved the location, access to the beach club, pool, etc. Accuracy of the listing was spot on and the property manager team was wonderful to work with.

We’ve stayed in over half a dozen units at the Palm Villas. Our staycation began years ago. We enjoy how quiet the property is and how the pool is often left for our use. The convenient location to other amenities and restaurants is another plus.
This unit was set up wonderfully. No hassle getting in, using a front door code was not necessary. The use of the keys, pool fob, garage code and the Beach Club gate access card, were clearly displayed and made easy to use.
We were most impressed with how well appointed, classy and of a simplistic style this unit showed. All you need to be at home exists. We forgot our boombox but the Bluetooth speaker available to use, was more than ample. The unit is very clean and tidy, as was the garage.
Our next stay? We will most likely select this unit once more.
Working with Jane and Tiphany at Big Island Living, was a dream. They are super helpful and accommodating. They are prompt to respond and provide solutions with east. They are the best.

Our overall experience was great. This place had all the amenities one would need which was greatly appreciated for a family of 5. The location was perfect, easily accessible to the beach and a perk to use the private beach for the club.
I rated the place 4 star vs 5 because we had ants in the guest bathroom during our stay. However, I mentioned this to Jane the property manager when we were leaving which she was appreciative of the information and would notify pest control. There were personal toiletries there too which I wasn't sure if it was meant for other guests to use or just not removed from previous. The property management was very attentive and responsive in a timely fashion. I would stay here again. Mahalo!!
