NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION Please be advised that a unit near by is currently undergoing renovations, which may result in construction-related noise that could be heard within your unit. We have not been provided with a confirmed schedule for the construction activities. As a result, noise levels may vary — some days there may be minimal or no activity, while other days may be more disruptive. Although we do not have control over the scheduling, all construction is required to comply with the HOA’s approved construction hours, which restrict the days and times when work is permitted. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
