Great house, amenities and location. We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect to our needs and the Resortica staff was very responsive to our needs.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everything we needed was at the facility and there was plenty of space. The outdoor seating even provided us with what we needed to use through out the week. We had 8 adults and all were mostly comfortable (we have very tall boys so we could have used one more mattress so two 18 year olds didn't have to share the pull out couch). The house and location was absolutely perfect as well as the amenities that we had available. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Big Island.
Had the while family from 2 to 83. Accommodate our group of eight great! The pool area was very kid friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Clean and well kept, close to needed services, some beach equipment and close to Great Beaches.
Good condo, clean, communication good. We did have a leaking issue that for no fault of anyone extended beyond a day and loss of use of a shower. Mona the property management person was very good at communication and expedited a plumber to resolve the issue. Overall good place to stay and would recommend
This was a great location to explore the Big Island. The Mauni Lani Beach cycling was also great.
Very clean property. We have stayed at the Golf Villas for 17 years in most of the 3 bedroom units. This was the first one that had no BBQ. Most have patio kitchens w built in BBQ's. The only spice/condiment was salt, pepper and oil. We never cooked bc we were not going to buy all the ingredients and use just a small amount that they would throw away at the end of our stay. We bought mostly ready-made at Queens Marketplace which was unpleasant or we ate out, Most units always have all those items; maybe a spice rack from Costco would've been nice. No way to store leftovers or things to bring to beach; no ziplock or plastic storage containers w lids. Usually there is leftover sunscreen or other things people leave and it's a nice courtesy. Books, games? no. It was a feeling of a hotel w a kitchen unit. The little shampoo/conditioner/lotion packet was a nice touch but it was mostly the kitchen that was very bothersome, There was even BBQ utensils but no BBQ! Maybe for the owners as we were sure there was prob one in the locked cabinet on the patio. Just be forewarned. Bring your own spices from home!
This was the first trip to the Big Island for our family of six. We were on the island for five days/four nights. Planning for the trip we debated staying in other parts of the island. This property was perfect for our stay!
The unit looked exactly like all the pictures in the listing. The area was very quiet and well kept. The condo had all the basic cooking needs and beach/pool needs.
We loved the access to the Beach Club and all the amenities that came with it (convenient parking, chairs, cabanas, and restaurant).
D3 was clean, spacious and in a good location on the course; we had more family staying in 3 other units. The kitchen was well appointed, beach towels and beach chairs were also available. We had a great stay!
A couple things to consider. It says BBQ and it was our fault for not reading the fine print but there is not a BBQ with this unit. You have to walk to the pool to BBQ which is not convenient and there is one BBQ there and not in the best shape. We had family stay a few times prior in the golf villas and had built in BBQ’s so we naturally assumed this unit did too - you know what they say!
Another small issue is the unit sleeps 7 but only outdoor seating for 4.
Just a couple things to consider when booking a unit. Otherwise the pool, grounds and unit were wonderful and we had a great stay!
Great location, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to the beach.
We enjoyed the property very much. And would recommend and stay here again. It was exactly as discribed. This property did not have a bbq,which we knew ahead of time but we used the one at the pool a few times. It was only a short walk too.
