The Ko Olina Marriott was the prettiest setting I’ve been to. The lagoons and views were amazing. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We zip lined and enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend this resort.
I recently stayed for a few days at KoOlina Resort, conveniently close to my family in Ewa Beach. The upside: clean hotel-type room with nice ocean views, kitchenette; no street traffic; great pools & work-out facility, as well as a store & coffee bar. I really appreciated the recycling bins on each floor! A few caveats: expect regular passenger jet noise as this property is in the landing pattern for HNL; plan trips off-campus in advance, geared to the freeway rush-hour situation; and, there is no wheelchair scooter rental concession on-site, so plan for that as a separate pick-up/drop-off in Honolulu. Other than that, great place to stay!
Spent a week over Christmas there and it was beautiful. Cannot remember spending that mich time on a balcony, taking the views in. Manicured hoyel grounds and the most comfy sofa sleeper for our child. Will be back for sure!
The area, hotel, and property were perfection. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the bed is in bad shape, it has a big dent on one side. Otherwise, everything was great. We’d definitely stay here again.
This resort was an amazing place to stay! They had many restaurants within walking distance and daily activities that you could participate in for both kids and adults. This host was great to work with, they were very responsive and answered any questions (we had a lot). 100% will recommend to all of our friends and family!
Beautiful ocean view, great services. Enjoyed the pool and the lagoon.
Made a last minute booking with Vacation Candy and stayed a week at the Marriott Vacation Club property at Ko Olina Resort. The view from our balcony was worth the whole price. Stunning view out over ocean and up the coast. We had a few questions which were answered promptly by Vacation Candy. Got early check in. The resort was great. Golf is expensive but high quality, quite a few restaurants on resort. We did have a car which is helpful for additional food and grocery and exploring the island. Great trip.
Fantastic location and property. Superb amenities. Would definitely recommend
Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is one of the few resorts on the island of Oahu. While there are tons of hotels in Waikiki, few have villas or suites to accommodate families or groups larger than 4 occupants, and almost none have full kitchens! Ko Olina is one of the newest resort areas on Oahu. A 45-minute drive from Waikiki and only 30 minutes to Pearl Harbor, we found that our day trips to different parts of the island were easy with a rental car. And we always rushed back to our comfortable, clean room. The resort had plenty of enjoyable amenities we enjoyed, such as the 3 pools (including one quiet "tranquility" pool), many hot tubs (including one right next to the beach!), gym, ping pong table, live music & luau, free DVD rentals, and easy lagoon access. There were activities scheduled daily that gave us plenty to do without leaving the resort. For a Maui-like resort stay on Oahu with access to the Oahu sights, sounds, and eats, this was the perfect fit for our needs!
