Do not use fall for this scam! We rented 3 bedroom (as advertised) and paid a crazy amount but did because we thought our family would all be together and we wanted to stay at the Marriot Ko Olina. I did not hear anything on how to check in keys etc, so before we were to get on plane I messaged the host Ana Villobos what is the check in procedure and that is when she told me that we would be in a two bedroom and a one bedroom and the two bedroom would have to switch to a different tower in the middle of our 3 night stay! I replied back that is not what we thought we wanted that we wanted to be together as a family. She said the assign rooms at the front desk. So we got to the marriot after a long flight and exhausted wanting to check in and told them what we paid for the 3 bedroom and the said they didn't have any and they were going to put us in 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom across hall but next day would have to switch 2 bedroom to completely different tower. We then were told that we needed to give a credit card for the room nightly rate. We were told that the rooms were not paid for??? Even though it was already charged on are credit card before we got there! We showed front desk the charge on our credit card already. Tried calling the Vrbo with no luck, called the Ana villobos person and no answer. Also texted her. She replied for us to use your card and she would reimburse us at the end of stay??husband spent two days of vacation working on it:/so frustrating

Our family really enjoyed out stay at Marriott Beach Club and plan to return again. Host was awesome along with communication. Worth it in every way!!!

This property did not disappoint. Beautiful inside and out. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this resort for families!
