Such a hidden gem. It's quiet and beautiful. You can walk to the beach and across the street to the gym and tennis courts. Condo was clean and extremely comfortable.
We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was having the pool just steps away—perfect for a morning swim or unwinding in the afternoon. Even better, we had access to the nearby beach club, which made beach days super easy and added that extra touch of luxury to our trip.The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, convenient, and with all the resort-style perks you’d hope for. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt like we were in paradise.Highly recommend this spot—we’re already dreaming of coming back!
Great place- upstairs tenants super loud the last two nights. Sounded like elephants and pulling furniture around Host very responsive about problem. Nice pool Close to lots of things to do

I've stayed in Palm Villas several times now and really enjoyed it each time.
We were very happy with our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and management was responsive. Well appointed kitchen, great proximity to lovely pool and also access to the beach club! Food land for groceries is nearby as well as juice bar, coffee bar, and great restaurants at the Auberge Mauna Lani.
Great condo. Love the view and bottom floor lanai. Pool and hot tub are very nice. It is a small complex so very quiet. Great location to walk the fish ponds and access to the Mauna Lani beach club. Will stay again.

Enjoyed the quiet, the space and AC inside, and the outside lanai with BBQ grill during sunsets. Unit was well-stocked with essentials, including everything we needed in the kitchen during our stay (e.g., plenty of paper towels, trash and zip lock bags, and coffee filters, some seasoning, coffee grinder, blender, and ice). Community pool (pictured) 200 feet away, plus access to resort trails and Beach Club kept us entertained for 4 days. Good instructions and communication with management company. Thanks!

We loved our recent stay at the Palm Villas! Our little ones had a blast in the resort pool, and the access to the beach club was a bonus! We checked out lots of other beaches but always ended up going back to the Beach Club. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and then some! We did not cook in the unit as we were busy exploring most days but all the appliances looked new. The property team was so easy to contact and were fast at getting back to us when we needed a late checkout because our flight was a red eye. We enjoyed the proximity to so many different restaurants. We walked to the Auberge Resort and also to the Mauna Lani Coffee shop daily. There were lots of other places in walking distance like Foodland and other retail stores.Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a relaxed vacation!

Beautiful condo. What makes this property fantastic is the ability to go to the beach club and have access to a pool.Inside the condo is the minimum you need for cooking and managing your own meals. If you want to cook - bring what you need - spices, etc. There is no minimal supply of salt, pepper and the like.Walk to Foodland - Costco is close. All in all a great little oasis!Management company very attentive-

It was a wonderful nine days. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was clean and comfortable. We did have a couple of initial requests when we arrived. The realty company was very prompt to respond to our requests to our satisfaction. In fact, they went above and beyond the call of duty. The reason my wife and I always stay up in the Kohala area of the big island, is it is the sunniest spot in all the in Hawaiian islands. You could have clouds everywhere else on the island, and it is almost always sunny here. And if you want some clouds and greenery, it’s literally a 15 minute drive up to Waimea where you would swear you are in Scotland. When we come back to the big island, and I’m sure we will, we will definitely see if this unit is available when we are coming again.
