The condo was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great and we enjoyed that the patio had more privacy and shade than many others in the Fairwinds, and the house was in great condition and very nicely decorated. The management was also very easy to work with and available for questions. Having access to the beach club is one of the biggest perks and they had a good supply of items for the beach - chairs, snorkel stuff, etc. The only thing I would want to let folks know about is the beds are very firm.
We had an amazing 7 days at the Fairways. The townhome and location was perfect. We appreciated all the amenities especially the beach chairs etc. Having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was the best. We saw the most fish while snorkeling our last day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely 2 BR. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, beach club, and walkable area (fabulous restaurants within walking distance). Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, beach gear, comfortable beds, and excellent communication. Would definitely come back.
Ideal property- easy walk to Fairmont Orchid for meetings. Great communication with host. Very clean and well appointed property with many extras! Kitchen supplies were wonderful. Area was quiet and easily accessed gated community with small pool. AC kept the unit comfortable. Main suite bed (upper level) was very comfortable and lots of space on main level. Laundry was commercial grade (large capacity) - very efficient and easy to use. Beach supplies were much appreciated! View to the rear of the property of a fairway, so no beach or ocean views; but easy drive to great beaches. Close access to groceries (FYI- great Poke there too).

This is our second stay at the same unit in 2 years. We liked the location, unit layout, and everything they have or are equipped with, such as beach chairs etc. We went out sightseeing/beach during daytime and mostly cooked at the unit in the evening and enjoyed eating at the Lanai. They had everything we needed. We were very happy to stay here and will stay again!

This was a great example of relaxed comfort at Mauna Lani: the place was comfortable, and included bikes and beach stuff in the garage: a welcome bonus! Many Mauna Lani properties Lanai's aren't that private, but this one is, as there's mature vegetation around it. Love it, and was great value!
Return visit to Fairways. Reservation was made relatively late so choice of units was limited. The owner acts as a corporation so my review is based on experience with other owners.
Relatively poor communication. Needed to request check in instructions. Stated he had sent an email that I never received and required another request to finally get the information. Slow in responding. Unit was standard with less amenities compared to others at Fairways. No cooler or umbrellas so organize your own shade if you plan on visiting public beaches or be at the beach club well before nine to get shade. Does have 5 bikes. No premium TV channels if that is a consideration. Overall this would not be my first choice at Fairways.

Great condo, much better than the photos suggest. Loved the use of the bikes and beach chairs. Check in was smooth. Property manager was easily reachable and allowed us a late check out. Would highly recommend this unit.
