This was our third time back to Ko Olina. This was the first time we had an end unit and it was incredible! Loved having the direct beach view and sunset right from the patio. My two suggestions would be to update linens and the beach chairs. We love everything about this property and will definitely be coming back!
This property is outstanding. It is truly beach front. From all three window views, you see ocean for miles and miles. The villa is spacious with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area and living area. It is completely stocked with everything you would need including kitchen stuff, bath and beach towels, beach equipment (which we used every day), and a full washer and dryer. The villa shows some wear and tear as other reviews have mentioned but it didn’t bother us in the least. If I had to pick on anything (and this is a very picky thing) there is no hand towel hook in the master bathroom. If you have to get that picky then you know the place is great. Ms Lynn was our check-in hostess and she was great. She helped us get luggage up to our room on Thanksgiving evening and explained everything well. I texted her twice about little things during our stay and she responded immediately. This unit and property are just great. Less busy than the surrounding resorts. No restaurant or market on-site but that’s what helps keep it on the quiet side. There are restaurants, shops, coffee, and an ABC store in walking distance. If the ABC store doesn’t have it, you don’t need it. We loved staying bere and would recommend to couples, families and anyone who wants a wonderful stay while on Oahu.

The view from the balcony and proximity to the beach lagoon were the best part of the condo. It was so peaceful and beautiful every morning and evening. Being close to the bar area where they have live music at night was great just sitting from the balcony. The only complaint would be the pillows weren’t very comfortable and the two twin beds for adults weren’t very comfortable either, but because the view and balcony were so amazing we overlooked it. We would definitely come again to this same condo
Beautiful, beautiful view. Truly a slice of paradise sipping Vanilla Macadamia Nut coffee mornings on the huge lanai. Unit was spacious for my husband and I and our 2 college aged kiddos. Communication/responses from the host was easy/quick. The unit could have been better cleaned and kitchen utensils could probably get switched out but really quite minor. I would still recommend staying here for that amazing view and very private lagoon, it was never crowded. Loved being able to enjoy the live music from that nice large lanai. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Unbelievable. We go to all the islands a lot. This particular condo took our breath away. When we walked in the door, the woodwork, size, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and lanai filled us with excitement. There are four lagoons to swim in and it is next door to the Disney Hotel, which is fun to shop in and have lunch on the bay. The swimming for children is absolutely perfect. The pool and jucizzi are lovely with a bar that also offers food. It made our stay wonderful!
This property is amazing. The 2nd floor is wonderful for people-watching on the path and beach and for listening to the nightly music at the tiki bar from the apartment lanai. Oh yeah and the million dollar view. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and the beds are comfortable. There were beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and some beach stuff which was all well appreciated. Some of the snorkel tubes leaked water is my small potatoes criticism. This spot was awesome - we will be back. Also I prefer the Beach resorts to the Aulani or the Marriott based on more quiet and peaceful and better in apartment amenities.
This condo is in an amazing location with the most beautiful view of the beach! The property is true to the pictures, better even. It was very quiet, and parking for our rental couldn’t have been in a more convenient location. Very good communication from the time we booked to the time we arrived. Will book this property again when in the area!

When we arrived we met with Shane who took us to the unit . Upon entry the unit was extremely dirty. Shane and Lynn were amazing at getting the unit cleaned asap for us. They were very apologetic and we were happy with the result . The kitchen had all your basics to cook with . The beds were pretty comfortable had no complaints . Lots of beach stuff and a wagon to haul stuff to beach. Daily music was nice from the lani. The view was incredible we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the lani. The only real complaint we have is could have been better bigger beach towels forsure and the walls need a good washing . Other than that I would totally recommend staying in this unit . It was a great family trip and the lagoon was awesome for snorkeling . Thanx again to Shane and Lynn who helped us immediately when we needed it.

Appliances are very nice high end. However the dishwasher did not clean well? A light kit on the fan over the kitchen table would be nice and the kitchen faucet should be replaced. The rules are strict and policed daily.

The unit was great and looked just as good as the pictures represent. Everything was very clean and modern and had all the necessities we needed to thoroughly relax and enjoy our time on vacation. The owner was very friendly and responsive and all the staff on the property were nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can see the sunset from the balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds which I believe can be combined into a queen size bed. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. All mattresses were described as firm by the people sleeping on them. Beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the main living area. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms but they do have one floor fan and one table fan if needed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Shane was the one who met me at check in and he was available by text and responded almost immediately to any questions and within hours when the tv would not work due to a failing cable. It was easy to get a Lyft from and to the Waikiki area but somewhat expensive. I would recommend renting a car. They do have an underground parking space available that is assigned to the villa and is close to the elevator. If you don't have a car, most things are in walking distance, including restaurants, a luau, golf and some shopping in the Ko'olina station as well as pools, hot tubs and the beach. I would recommend staying here.

It was very happy with my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The washer didn’t work but someone was there within the hour to fix it. The view was unbelievable sun sets every night and right on the beach. Would stay again!!!

The Good- again, view and location! You can get some gorgeous sunset photos from the lanai! The little bar is close by and you can sit outside or with the doors open and listen to the music at night! So many gorgeous windows and excellent AC. Kitchen is large with lots of seating. Master bed is comfortable. Second bedroom beds are smaller than photos look. Bathrooms have bidets, which was great! Nice sized master shower. The tile floors are handy to have. Parking spaces(s) are convenient! Shane and the front desk employees are really nice.
The not so great- The lighting in the whole place is absolutely horrible! It is dark and yellow. Buy some bright lightbulbs and update the lampshades, wouldn’t cost much and would make a HUGE difference! The kitchen is gorgeous but lacks in the supply area, I spent a lot on spices, etc and the pans/cookware are low quality for such a gorgeous kitchen Appliances are very nice. Furniture is sparse in the living area, seating relatively comfy but needs updating like pretty much everything else there. Beach towels are lacking.
The confusing- I received an email the day we flew out stating that a new washer would be installed that day. Awesome! Got there, no new washer. I thought maybe they would bring it later in the week, but nothing. Sad because the washer is really mildewy smelling and the drier literally takes 2 hours to dry a small load. Do not count on the unit washer/dryer if you have a large volume of laundry to do.
Overall, you cannot beat the location at all! Good restaurants around, Target and Costco are close by. The unit- Update are a must! - lights, laundry, furniture etc. Unit costs a lot for really tired- including supplies, furniture and laundry. I’d rent in the building again, but not this unit without updates. An small investment would make a world of !
