We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

Villa is very spacious, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen with plenty of amenities. Location is good for us. Beach is great, sandy.
Our stay started with a small problem-one of our rooms was not made up. Maria was amazingly responsive and took care of it immediately. She called in a second cleaning crew, bought and laundered new sheets for the bed, and gave us a bag of coffee and a bottle of prosecco to make up for it. She went above and beyond! The unit was beautiful and clean. We will definitely book again. Thank you Maria!
Absolutely no upkeep on this villa. Marks all over the walls. Holes in the bed sheets. Total of two clean bath towels in master bathroom. Empty bottle of cascade was left under the kitchen sink upside-down. Broken trashcan in the kitchen.
The condo was everything we could have asked and more. After driving all over the island, we won't stay anywhere else if we come back. It was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Family friendly, felt safe, but didn't seem anywhere near as crowded as the neighboring resorts. The pools were gorgeous, easy access to the beach, and the tiki bar by the pools was great. The washer and dryer are mini ones and as such, the dryer doesn't do a great job, but we packed way more clothes than we needed anyway. Maria was very easy to reach when we got here, and I have no doubt if we had needed her at any point she would have been right there. If you are looking for a place to stay on Oahu, I can't recommend here enough!.

The unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a weeks long stay. Two beds and two baths made it ideal for a couples trip.

Beach Villas is amazing!!! We have stayed in Ko olina 5 different vacations. This is by far our favorite place to stay.
4 of us stayed in this 2 bed/2 bath listing, it felt like home and was plenty of space for our week-long stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the location and amenities of this property, including the pool/gym/koi pond/beach access. Check in and check out was easy, having an assigned parking spot in the garage was also a big plus. Would recommend this listing and will be back in the future!
We visit Ko Olina each year. Beach Villas were wonderful -- clean, convenient, and not as crowded as nearby resorts! I will be back.
Great time at the Beach Villas.
We really enjoyed our stay at your place. One of our favorite things was the lanai. We loved how the sliding doors connected the lanai to the kitchen and living space. The pools, hot tubs, and beach were amazing. We had a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful property and gorgeous condo. Everything you would need for Perfect vacation is there cookware, snorkeling, gear, suntan lotion and beach umbrellas complete with a wagon owner beautiful to interact with. We would definitely stay there again
A perfect vacation with the perfect accommodations. Resort is clean, safe, and convenient. Unit was well appointed and clean. It had everything we needed. Pools and beach lagoon were fabulous! Lots of young children/babies as guests that were occasionally disruptive.
Beautiful unit and property, Ko Olina is our favorite! Owner made check in so easy and messaged me the night before to let me know the unit would be ready early! One small issue but the response was so quick and fixed almost immediately! Will definitely returning in the near future!

Lovely place right on the beach in KoOlina. Everything you need for your stay. Overlooks the lap pool but it was pretty quiet most of the time and not a problem at all. We hope to come back one day!
The room was in great shape. Maria our host was great. She met us on our arrival. Showed us around and made herself available if there were any issues. Of course there were not any. We had a fabulous time and the facilities were the very best
We were able to find a great deal on this place and had a fun girls getaway here. The whole place was amazing from the beautiful beach lagoon to the pools and room! Maria was great helping us find our room and even helped carry our stuff up too. She was always a quick text away. Would definitely recommend staying on this side of the island as well, it’s very nice, laid back and there’s also a great little shopping center within a 2 minute drive or even walking distance.
