Beautiful house, room for everybody, views are spectacular and the pool was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood, house was conveniently located. Issues were resolved in a timely manor. The amenities of the home were above and beyond. A slice of heaven in a slice of heaven.
This was a terrific house, with the exact view of Bali Hai depicted. It was perfect for our large family (11 of us), even better than we expected. The rooms were large. The house was exceptionally well-equipped. Our grand-kids lived in the pool. Although very expensive, it was an exceptional experience for all of us. We have had several great previous rentals through VRBO, and this was THE BEST! Also, Kauai is a wonderful island for a vacation.
A beautiful, well kept home, in a beautiful location!
We could not have asked for a more beautiful home for our family of 12 for our week in Princeville. Check in and check out was seamless. The pool was in constant use by both kids and adults. The kitchen provided everything you could possibly want.The highlight of our stay was the beautiful view every day from the lanai with the play of light and shadow on the mountains, with the occasional rainbow. Easily, the best family vacation we have ever had.

The house was gorgeous and all the rooms were large with their own private bathroom. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The view was just as pictured and the surrounding trees and greenery made it seem as if you were in a world of your own. When it rained we saw all the waterfalls from the deck. In the morning awake to birds and the most spectacular view. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Our family stayed here as my sister checked her 50th state off her full/half marathon list Beth was very responsive and Thames addressed any needs immediately. The pictures do not do the house justice!! Our family of 11 stayed here for 10 days and I believe only 2 of them did not have a rainbow. The house gave us plenty of room to ourselves but also great space to play games and enjoy the pool. We did catamaran tours, Pearl Harbor, skydived, fire show, tubed down the river, and a kayak tour as well as hiking and enjoying the beach - there is truly something for everyone. We couldn’t have wished for a better home for our vacation. It had everything from supplies to beach gear to incredible views. There is so much to do on the island but the pool/views make you want to spend a day at the house too. There was more than enough space for our large group to spread out. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay. The views are second to none. The pool is gorgeous and clean. The location couldn't be better - convenient to golf, center of town, and beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. Beth was very responsive and knowledgeable. There were 150 people at the wedding, and we were very happy with our property, even happier after a good sense of what others in the area looked like. When we come back, which we will, because Kauai makes it impossible not to :-), we'll stay here again 100%.
This house did not disappoint! Everyone had there own room with full bath. The main living area and kitchen allowed for together time and meals to be prepared as needed. I love to cook and was happy to see that the kitchen was well equipped. Check-in check-out was a breeze. The decor of the home matched well with the island atmosphere. Everyone can't wait to get back to Kauai!!! Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.
We spent a week in this beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is magnificent and accommodated our large family perfectly. Plenty of beds and plenty of BATHROOMS! The property is stunning, and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The garage had boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for our beach days. The host was very communicative prior to our arrival and check in/out was a breeze. The property manager was also very helpful any time we had questions during our stay. This was our first trip to Kauai and we can't wait to go back.
The house is set in lush greenery with beautiful views of the mountains and the bay. It has everything you want for all members of our 9 party family to be housed comfortably. Kitchen amenities were great and many condiments allowed us to feel at home when cooking. Hot tub and pool were great and the hot tub timer was perfect. The only complaint were the multiple warnings about noise. I get it, but the severity and number of warnings made it feel as if we needed to tip toe around the house. We operated comfortably, but making people aware of the issue without creating fear would be much preferred.
This home is beautiful. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the layout provided privacy for everyone. The views are outstanding!!! Beth was a great host who communicated throughout our stay. We highly recommend it!
The location, view, home layout, and pool are excellent. The cleanliness and condition of the house was not very good at all. A shower in one room quit working completely about two days in. One of the washing machines didn’t work either and one of the dryers display didn’t display anything but it would turn on. Wild guess on what setting it was on. A couple of the toilet paper holders barely mounted to the wall because the anchors have been pulled out. I’m no stranger to the islands and bugs are part of life but they were everywhere inside the house. Ants in one of the beds and roaches in most areas. I talked with the owner about the issues and she was very nice but nothing was done while we were there. I’d fire the cleaning company and get a new property manager. Didn’t let it ruin our trip but at this price point this is not acceptable. I’ve stayed at way lesser priced hotels/homes that had much more pride of ownership.
What a spectacular time spent with family in this beautiful home that has views like no other! One of the highlights of our time spent here was watching everyone’s reaction to the home and the views off the back lanai as we arrived. The house was very clean and ready to go upon check-in time. Plenty of space and wonderful kitchen too cook in. Ample space for the family to hang out together. Best home we have ever stayed in!
We had a lovely stay in a beautiful home. The home has gorgeous views from almost every room in the house & all the amenities you could ask for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect home for a large group that affords privacy for everyone, yet plenty of entertainment space to gather together for games & meals. The pool was so enjoyable & what a gorgeous view to behold while swimming or relaxing in the spa.
Lovely venue- first class in all ways- attention to the little extras which made our experience exceptional.

Incredible views, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is a convenient 10 minute drive into town, yet you feel secluded in paradise at the home. The home is spotless, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for beach and pool. We had a multigenerational stay with ages 9 months to 73 years. It had something for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bath with double sink. We wined and dined and wish we could've stayed longer. Don't hesitate, it's worth it!
This beautiful clean home has plenty of room with everything you might need for a fun week. The location is great as it is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the pool too with the spectacular views. Our family of nine, 7 adults and 2 children, had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.
This property is by far the best rental we’ve ever stayed in as a family. The home was amazing and the views are spectacular! The custom art work throughout the home was classy and very appropriate. The infinity pool and hot tub are a dream. The privacy of the backyard with jungle feel, Hanalei Bay, and Napoli mountains never gets old.
The 5 king bedroom suites with their own deluxe bathrooms was perfect for my wife and I and our four married kids. The pool table was a hit. The main kitchen was outfitted perfectly with plenty to cook with as well as 2 gas grills, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers, 2 driers, and 2 kitchen sinks. Downstairs kitchen was handy for refrigerator overflow. Beth, the property owner, was excellent to work with and very accommodating. The 12 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, 6 boogie boards, and sand toys made beach going a snap. I could go on and on. We definitely have found our second home in Kauai!
