This condo is a two story unit on the upper level so that it provides our guests with more privacy. The main floor has an LG stacked washer/dryer as well as two bedrooms both with a Cal-King bed. The master bedroom has it's own private lanai and a large ensuite. There is also a second full bathroom on the main floor. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one loft bedroom that has plantation shutters for privacy, one room has a king bed comprised as of two twin beds, and the other rooms has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed if needed. every bedroom has its own TV. To reach the 4th bedroom, guests pass through the loft bedroom, and adjoining bathroom.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with dishes and several small appliances, i.e. coffee pot, rice cooker, etc. The living room has newer furniture and a large flat screen TV with cable. Fast wi-fi throughout the home. Off of the living room there is a large lanai for outdoor dining and a beautiful view of the mountain. If you would like to grill steaks and veggies, there are gas grills located at the pool area.
There is also a closet with pool toys, a cooler, and shade umbrellas. There are a few boogie boards and snorkel sets, though you may rent your own from the professional shops near the beach.

Stroll on the lovely green belt walkway to Poipu's famous Poipu Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Shipwrecks. Shop at Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center or Old Koloa town. Breakfast Acai bowl at Little Fish, Puka Dog for a snack, and fresh fish 3 ways at Keoki's grill.
Tennis anyone? You'll find it around the corner near the pools and hot tub and a short stroll to first class dining and shopping.This quiet resort complex enjoys private parking and daily security patrols.

The greenbelt is a sidewalk that goes from the condo to the beaches and the Grand Hyatt, which is only a five minute stroll from the condo. The Grand Hyatt offers a world class spa, evening cocktails, four incredible restaurants, Poipu Bay Golf resort, evening hula shows. You can even enjoy the water and sandy beach of Shipwreck Beach. There are several other beaches that you can walk to via the greenbelt; such as Poipu Beach, Brennecke Beach and Baby Beach are all within a six-minute walk from the condo. You are able to snorkel, swim, boogie board or surf; your experience will depend on which beach fits best for you. If you want to be pool side, our guests have access to three different pools, one of which is less than a minute walk...

This unit had lots of beach supplies—wagon, umbrellas, hairs, bookie boards, snorkels, coolers and towels for our group of 8. Kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes was well stocked. The unit does. It have a lanai or porch where all members can sit. Table outdoors seats only 4 people. The unit has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Loved this unit! Slept my family of 8 comfortably without feeling cramped at all! Unit was well equipped with everything you need for your family especially for beach fun! Had plenty of beach towels, chairs, shades and even some snorkeling gear! Had lots of questions before booking the day of and had great and quick communication with the host which is why I booked immediately! Thanks so much and we'll be back for sure!

The condo is as described. We had a great experience there. The only issue is that the washing machine, a front loader, leaves your clothes smelling very moldy.

Needed to get away from PNW drizzle and found this lovely condo available on our dates. The unit was clean and well kept. The three bathrooms were super helpful too. The A/C worked well and the provided beach items were a nice touch.
The walk to the beach is about 10minutes and absolutely stunning for sunrises, wave jumping, snorkeling, and daily visits of turtles and seals.
We had a great visit and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and open space with a well-stocked kitchen and bath. The three separate bathrooms and showers helped everyone get ready in the morning and right before bed. The mountain view off the living room deck was awesome and eating breakfast on the deck dining set was a great way to start the day. The place was very roomy and well-designed for a big group. The location was fantastic with well-lit and nicely landscaped walking paths within steps of the front door. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. It's conveniently located with many local attractions within a short drive.
