Just steps to a fantastic pool and waterfall spa. A 5 minute easy walk on the paved walk through the vast green belt to Brennecke's Beach. The Villa has all the essentials needed for a first class comfortable stay including a great ice maker in the large double sided refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen. Tommy Bahamma beach chairs, beach mats, towels, fantastic workout facilities, gorgeous clubhouse, exceptional landscaped grounds with running water features. Each room is decorated island and have a separate bathrooms with walk in showers. Would definitely stay here again! Communications with Wendy and the manager was professional and lightning fast.
Great condo in excellent location. Very convenient to walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poi'pu Beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to make it easy. Clean and well-stocked condo. Pictures are accurate. Host was quick to reply to questions before arrival. No issues during our stay. Highly recommend.
This Poipu Kai condo offers an unbeatable location and fantastic amenities. Situated on the ground floor, it's perfect for easy pool access and a quick seven minute stroll to the beach. We were able to wheel our beach gear, most of which was provided (the wagon itself, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella) to the beach. The complex is very well maintained and the neighbors were respectful with regard to noise. The pool is right outside the patio area but the plants provided plenty of privacy. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Note that the grill is located inside the pool area and is communal, although it was maintained by staff as well. Everything within Poipu was less than a ten minute drive and there are even a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was wonderful. Plenty of beach equipment, close to the pool and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
We have stayed in several of the properties within Poipu Kai over the years and this was our first at this particularly condo units and we will be back. By far our favorite! The spacious single level (no stairs especially with toddlers was so nice!!) and then with vaulted ceilings and central air, these condos are hard to beat! Also this particular unit in the ground floor close to the pool was the perfect location. Really can’t say enough great things about this condo! You won’t be disappointed.
Wonderful Poipu location right above Poipu and Brenneke beaches. The unit is very spacious and private with all the amenities. Complex is very well maintained and curfew is respected. We took full advantage of provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great stay for our family of six!
This was truly one of the best rental experiences we've ever had, anywhere. The unit was beautiful, just as pictured, and frankly even better equipped and stocked than we imagined.
I rented this condo for a 10-day vacation for my husband me, our adult son and his wife and our 8 and 10 year old grandchildren. I picked it primarily for the location and easy access to the swimming pool and beaches. This ground floor unit, with large retractable doors allowed the kids to quickly jump in the pool - no stairs, no fuss. The unit came with four boogie boards and with only a short walk to Brennecke Beach, the kids were in the ocean in less than five minutes - often twice a day. I personally appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped. There was a crock pot, large pans, blender, and plenty of everything else we needed, which was great since we ate most of our meals in the unit. Also ,all the paper products and detergents were supplied!
I also really appreciated how responsive both the owner and the manager were to our inquiries. We had one small issue with the kitchen faucet, so I texted Lauren the property manager on a Sunday night. She was at our door in less than a hour and fixed the faucet! She was really amazing and helpful. This place was great and I hope we have the opportunity to rent it again soon!
Great condo close to the beach. A couple maintenance issues but no big issues. Lots to love about this property.
Location was great! Condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms! We loved being close to the pool! Also loved being a short walk to the Hyatt and beach!! Check in /check out was easy! Only issue we had was with the TV. Difficult to turn on! But property manager came right over to help us with it!! All and all a great vacation place!
This was my 30th year in Poipu, but my first time in Poipu Kai. It is a spectacular property, the villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend for all those who are considering Poipu as their destination vacation.
Condo was very nice - clean, modern and well equipped. We all had our own space and privacy with the two master bedrooms. Property was beautiful with a nice pool and quick walk to the beach. We loved being ground floor with our little kids and strollers. Bit of a miscommunication on check-in (we were given the wrong door code), but the issue was quickly resolved. Only other downside was that parking was across the pool yard, so you needed to lug groceries a distance. But overall, highly recommend!
The openness of this unit is a big plus. The expandable glass doors let the outside in!
We really enjoyed our time in Poipu. It was in great walking and driving distance to where we wanted to go. Our daughters loved the pool! They spent hours in it and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too.
