    Lae Nani Resort Kauai #536, Beautiful Oceanfront Unit on a Tropical Beachfront Oasis. This Kauai Vacation Rental is conveniently located in Kapaa Town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just steps to beautiful white sandy beaches.

    Rare, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, end unit with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises yearlong. Turnkey and fully furnished 1072 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai. Top floor, 28 stair walk-up (no elevator).

    There is a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, washer and dryer in the unit. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort the unit has portable AC units in each bedroom. No AC in the living room. We recommend opening the sliding glass doors on the ocean-side lanai for cool ocean breezes. Ceiling fans and portable fans also provided.

    Enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the ocean, relax on the beach to the sound of breaking waves, or lounge at the beautiful ocean-side pool. An outdoor tennis court and barbecues are available for guest use.

    Centrally located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore both the north and south shores of the island. Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, and fish on your Kaua'i vacation. Our concierge is here to assist with the fun stuff such as ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Napali Coast Tours, Kayaking, Zip lining, Luau's and more! The oceanfront Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation, is a 5-6 minute drive away.

    Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and ride to the south along the bike path across the Wailua River
    to Lydgate Beach Park (1.5 miles). Riding to the north, the bike path runs along 4.5 miles of spectacular scenic coastline. Take a boat ride up the nearby Wailua River to the Fern Grotto, or kayak up the river to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Explore Historic Kapa'a town with it's assortment of charming shops and restaurants. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit's furnishings reflected the excellent island taste of the Owner. It was NOT a typical rental basics. Kitchen is superbly stocked with cooking needs and spices. Being end unit (allowing excellent ventilation) and away from the other buildings in the complex made for a complete focus on the beach, the ocean with daily turtles, all contained on grounds that are lush and inviting for daily stroll. Beach is good swimming area. The property management company we booked with (Garden Isle Properties) is top notch and was readily accessible before and during stay, and gave us more resources to help explore the island.I encourage others to book this unit if you can handle going up to third floor and no elevators. Those suitcases and groceries seem extra heavy going up.On site property office is adequate but not 5 star level.
