We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! We loved being on the ground floor and being able to just walk out for an ocean stroll in the morning. We saw a beautiful rainbow on one of our walks which was magical. Thank you for a beautiful stay

Ground floor units facing the beach are the best at Waipouli as you can just walk right out your unit to the ocean or pool. This unit was clean and well equipped with extras like boogie boats and beach chairs. Recomnended.
Enjoyed being on the ground floor with beautiful view, beach and ocean. Saw a whale jump from the patio overall a great stay with a nice pool area. Sliding glass doors definitely need work as do the screens which stick. Otherwise would love to stay here again.
We've stayed at this property three times before and we love it. it's close to the ocean, to the pool, safe and close to groceries and food options. the only thing we could critique is the state of the condo. the pull out sofa is almost unusable since the mattress is worn and in disrepair. i feel like the place has been on auto-pilot for a couple of years. maybe the owners or the property manager should stay there for a few nights just to get an idea of how it is and maybe invest a few thousand dollars to make sure everything is functional and it would be great. ice maker essentially falling out of the freezer. that being said, we'd probably stay there again and just buy an inflatable mattress from the wal-mart.
I recently stayed at this beautiful ground floor vacation rental, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Each morning, I was treated to the most breathtaking sunrises right from the lanai, which made my mornings feel magical.
The space was incredibly spacious and well-maintained, and I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. The location couldn't be better—right across the street from a grocery store and charming little shops, making it super convenient for any needs or last-minute purchases.
The ocean view was simply stunning and added to the overall charm of the property. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. I can't wait to come back!

The place was well appointed and very comfortable! The ocean view was amazing and we were steps away from the ocean. The grounds were very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!
Near the beach, great pool, great location, near shopping and places of interest. Had some issues with the room but most of these were resolved by the management company.
