Perfect location and more than roomy enough for our group of 7! 4 adults 3 children. Quiet, close to parking, walk out lanai to pool area was the best! Wonderful beach, condo has chairs and boogie boards. Of course the kitchen is fully equipped. Mahalo

We loved our stay and our only regret was not staying longer. Our stay was as incredibly comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 kids plus grandma and uncle who joined us for a total of 7 people. We loved the pool. The location was ideal and made it easy to travel up and down the island in our car. We’d stay here in a heartbeat again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and grounds were always clean as well as the kids loved the two pool slides. When we arrived the unit was clean and very welcoming. We had our Daughter and her family with us and the unit was just the right size for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the extra space with the two beds in the same room and huge bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of space and great drink ware and dishes for 10! We used to BBQs out by the pool one night which were clean and even had a nice view of the pool with underwater lights. The beds were comfy and they put a mattress topper on at our request. Its a great location and the town is really growing with new restaurants. Traffic towards Lihue was the only complaint of the trip. So much fun on Kauai and great space in this unit! Would definitely stay again.

Waipouli Beach Resort was just what we were hoping for, great pool and easy access to the beach. The beach at the resort is not ideal for swimming but fun to play on the beach. Easy walk to Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. The resort has beach toys of all sorts which was great. The condo itself was beautiful and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Lots of towels and a very spacious unit! We would definitely book this resort and unit again!
