This home is outstanding in every way! Plenty of luxury throughout. The bedrooms are rooming with very comfortable beds. Location is perfect to get to all the key spots around Princeville and Hanalei. The outdoor balcony is a great spot to have dinner or chill in cushioned seats. Lisa, was easy to reach and provides topnotch hospitality.

Beautiful home, great location, quiet neighborhood and great walking trails. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Short drive to Hanalei and eating places. Enjoyed every day of our stay and made wonderful family memories. Lisa, our host, was very helpful and readily available to answer any of our questions and concerns. Mahalo! 🌺
We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as we can! We would have gladly just moved in! The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook all the meals for 10 people. The view was incredible and the pool was perfect for the whole group. Thanks!
An amazing week for our family of 5. The pool was great for the kids- the view from the upstairs balcony is as good as the pictures. Spacious rooms and everything you need for cooking/beach going/ relaxing. It was an easy ride to Hanalei each day to the wonderful beach. We had a tough time leaving this paradise and certainly will love to return! I’ve never felt so relaxed!

Our families from the mid-west thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The house was in a great location, sunsets were priceless. The house was very clean and had many things provided such as beach items and kitchen items. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return as well to enjoy Kauai and stay here! The only bummer was the lack of a pool heater we were notified after booking that the pool heater was not longer in service, we were refunded the heater fee.

Really enjoyed our time here. The home has everything you could need. Pool is a great size. Second floor balcony is a great place to hangout. Excellent location. Can walk to Hideaway Beach(highly recommend). Overall fantastic experience. We miss it already. Property management company is very responsive and easy to work with as well.

This house is beautiful and the views are stunning. We’ve been coming to Princeville for many years and this house was definitely one of the best we’ve stayed in. The layout of the house works well for a family with grandparents, kids and grandkids. We loved the upstairs lanai and spent many memorable hours there having meals and enjoying the amazing Bali Hai sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear for our chefs in the family. My only negative comment is that we paid to heat the pool but it never got close to warm. The property manager was wonderful in every way- from pre-arrival to the day we left, including accommodating our late departure flight with a late checkout. The garage was well-stocked for the beach and pool and the 4 bicycles were also a great perk. The golfers in the family enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the action on the golf course. Perhaps best of all, we could see whales in the ocean from our lanai and the albatrosses put on a show for us every day.that we watched with great amusement from our wonderful second story lanai. Having our groceries here when we arrived was a great convenience. I highly recommend that you ask the property manager to do your shopping in advance of your arrival. We will definitely rent this house again and I hope it is sooner rather than later.
The home is in a great location in Princeville, lots to do in the area, or just to stay home and enjoy the view.
