    Enjoy this 3 level home with ocean views and a lanai looking right onto the golf course. 3 pools and hot tubs, tennis court, and golf right out the front door. Gated complex and private parking spot close by.

    No cleaning fee! We believe that should be a part of your stay, and not an extra added surprise at check out.

    Surfboards, golf clubs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, water, coffee, etc available for use for your convenience!

    Top floor holds the king bed master bedroom and bathroom with a private lanai.

    Middle floor holds king bed guest room, bathroom (with bidet and heated towel racks), kitchen, in unit laundry (laundry soap provided), desk space, big lanai with bar space, and living room with family games, big tv, and huge sectional reclining couch! The guest room closet has a bed pad AND an air mattress.

    Ground floor has all of the gear you need to do all activities available in and off of the property.

    The $30 ‘cleaning fee’ is for your parking pass. This unit is enclosed in a gated community with security at the gate. You will receive a gate pass to help you easily get in and out of the complex during your visit.

    There are 2 on island hosts who can help you at anytime that you need.

    Easy self-checkin for your convenience with assigned parking spot and guest parking as well.

    We would love for you to stay and enjoy this beautiful island that we call home. Inside of the condo is a binder with a TON of recommendations on restaurants, activities, sights, stores, and groceries.
