We chose this condo because it promised great views and the sounds of the ocean. Boy did it deliver!! We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves, and the view cannot be beat!! The check in process was super easy and communication with the host was great.
Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the ocean sound & view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The unit itself was clean, cool, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The owner, Christie, was wonderful to work with — friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free. We could not have asked for a better experience! Hreat place to stay wonderful lanai
We needed a place for a couple nights, this place was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was easy to communicate with, easy to reach. The location is convenient and right on the ocean. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The ocean view from the lanai is amazing. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings listening to the ocean waves. The tide pools below were fun to explore-we even saw a turtle. We were sad to leave after only a couple days. We would definitely come back!
All 5 of us were very pleased with out short stay. Large enough deck for all of us to hang out and enjoy coffee in the morning, and beautiful sunsets each evening. Kitchen was well stocked and owner was very resonsive with a few quick questions we had.
You will find Christie's home neat and tidy, well stocked, with delightfully comfy furniture and beds and an amazing view. Close to shopping, restaurants, farmers market, and beaches. Communicating with Christie is easy, and I would definitely rent her condo again.
Upon searching for an oceanfront place to stay in Kona, I found multiple properties but kept coming back to this one. It checked all the boxes...good reviews, on the ocean, reasonably priced, convenient location, pool, and so many amenities inside the unit. I booked this for 4 adults (2 couples) and was a little nervous that we would arrive and it wouldn't be as nice as it appeared in the listing. We were very happy with the size and space for all of us, especially the huge ocean side lanai. It was exactly as advertised, and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. Christie was great with communication, and we checked in and out with no issues at all. The security of a covered parking lot and seeing the building manager on site daily was a plus. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
This place is as good as the pictures look. Amazing view and centrally located. Love Kona!

Great place to stay. Free trolley pick you up right out front to Go in town.Christie was a fantastic host.And the views.
Had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property, however the view out of the bedroom window and balcony was spectacular with phenomenal sunsets. Great communication, nice layout, and good location. We weren’t able to print out the parking pass ahead of time and being busy made it slightly painful to get that done with no available copies in the room. (Not a big deal and everything worked out fine). Thanks for a great stay!
Great property with great views! Perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed sitting and watching the sun rise and set. Loved seeing the fish and turtles in tide pools below.
Me and my family had great stay. The Unit had a pretty well stocked kitchen. The location was amazing and exactly like the pictures. Sound of waves at night, we were so much enjoyed it.
