After three fire evacuations, each 4 hours apart on our first day there and with the second fire being directly outside our unit, I decided to find alternative accommodations where we could feel safe. The unit itself was well maintained with a great location.

There are many fantastic things going in favor of this particular unit that makes me a return customer: parking is included, very fast wi-fi, hand-held shower, comfortable air conditioning, location, and the mountain views. There is one thing I'm not too happy about, but I came prepared after my first stay. The unit has absolutely no pantry items. No salt/pepper, sugar, milk, oil, and stuff to save any left overs. Specifically foil, zip-lock bags and plastic wrap. Now when I visit, I get free salt/pepper/sugar packets from the local fast food stores like McDonalds and Starbucks. I also pack with me various sizes of zip-lock bags, plastic wrap, and foil. One major thing that I wish was provided was a small cooler or ice chest for beach or picnic use.

All was good it was a little bit of a hassle dealing with construction but they worked hard to only affect small parts of our day. Would definitely stay again loved the location to the beach and all things Waikiki.

Condo itself was very clean and pleasant to stay at. Would have preferred to be outside of Waikiki in a neighborhood and not in a high rise, but those properties no longer are offered. So was forced to stay downtown - being out to visit family in Hawaii Kai, it would have been a better stay if we didn't have to drive in and out of downtown multiple times daily. This was an unfortunate circumstance that could not be avoided, but had an impact on our stay.

Loved everything about the place.
However, we couldn’t find the remote for the bedroom tv, and the bathroom shower needs a new shower curtain ( it smells).
