The Lanai view is amazing, we ate breakfast out there every morning and got to watch the sea turtles in the ocean/ Utterly amazing. Beautiful quiet location. Amazing views. Michael was always responsive and timely getting back to me if I had any questions. Thank you our Honeymoon was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.
The condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time for the week. The pool was nice and quiet. Not a lot of children. One issue was addressed quickly by Michael and his property manager. Thanks for opening your home to us....it was perfect for the two of us!
Exactly as advertised! Great northwest Maui location and all the amenities (beach chairs, snorkels, washer dryer, well stocked kitchen) you need for family vacay! No beach when we were there but that was clearly explained in VRBO listing so we just beach hopped around the island and it worked out perfectly!! We did see turtles swimming everyday from the balcony!
Location and view were great. The AC was a real game changer.
What a wonderful property. The condo is awesome. And great location. 10 mins to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. we’d come back. My wife loved it. Son loved it. “ A big turtle” ( many viewed from the lanai).
Beautiful view , comfortable stay, everything you could need. We would stay there again. The only negative was a building-wide bug issue that was being sprayed for the day we left. Yes, even Paradise has bugs
stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, this condo was perfect. watching whales from the lanai was a bonus.

Great location with great ocean views. Unit was clean except for garbage left under the sink. The unit showed it’s wear and tear with dated carpet, furniture and appliances but it worked and was functional. The bulbs in table lamps were different colors and we weren’t able to turn on the bedroom lights even with instructions from manager. Air conditioning was great. Beach toys and towels were in the closet and we appreciated having them. .
This unit has a great view from the deck. The view was the top item of the unit and the selling point on why we chose this place for our first visit to Hawaii. We wanted a great view and were not disappointed. The a/c struggles to keep it cool inside, but with the help of 2 floor fans it was adequate for us given that we stayed in February. The layout of the unit with its rooms provided vey sufficient space. The unit was adequate, but we will likely not return. Other than the bedroom, the furniture, decor, furnishings and painting could be updated. There was rust on the coffee maker plate, the table on the deck, inside the freezer and on the stove. The light in the dining area had multiple layers of dust on it. It was great to have the beach chairs and umbrella, but we were surprised to find sand and water in the pockets of a couple of the chairs. We were unable connect to the wi-fi with our iPhones and our Mac air connection to the wi-fi was insufficient at best. The caretaker was very kind and courteous. She attempted to guide us through the wi-fi troubles, but it didn’t work. She was very responsive to needs for supply of bathroom paper products. The major disappointment was lack of a beach; there is certainly a shoreline but it is lined with multiple layers of sand bags to stop erosion of the shoreline. It seems to be in a good central location on West Maui.
The unit was very clean and plenty of cooking utensils, the view of the whales right from the balcony amazing. The only downside was the air would not go below 75 and when we inquired about that they said thats the lowest, which was really weird.
We enjoyed the lanai and the view. However, the unit needs a thorough cleaning. Just a few examples, there was heavy dust in several areas (the wall space above the kitchen cabinets, corner in bathroom, outlet/switch plates and so on), food splatters on kitchen wall by stove.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean and balcony was perfect for setting up our spotting scope to watch the whales in the Au'au channel. We were walking distance to Maui brewing company and a short drive from Whaler's village and Kaanapali Beach. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean through our windows. Everything we needed in our kitchen for our short stay and free coffee in the lobby in the mornings just in case.
The place was bright, clean, nothing fancy but very functional. The pool was great, location was great, around a lot of the attractions we wanted to experience. Host was very responsive.
At first we could not get in because instructions for lock box were inadequate. The, on Dec 29, or keys were made invalid. We had to go to considerable lengths to get new ones without being locked out. Poor show!

Overall a good experience! The view was gorgeous. The condo was spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The bed was comfy, the furniture was a bit worn but didn't effect anything. We would certainly go back to this unit!
Booked 3 nights, very clean and with all the facilities you need! from beach chairs to snorkeling tools. In the kitchen not only has silverware but every kinds of seasoning.
Location is perfect too, close to major beaches.
This unit had everything! We were so grateful to find that there was enough coffee grounds for 1 pot or first morning (arrived late-night). The owner communicated instructions beautifully! The kitchen floor wasn't cleaned and low stock of bathroom supplies, but otherwise, all was perfect!

Everything was very clean. Except for the bathroom wall behind the door. Long black hairs stuck to the wall. Im bald. Definitely not mine.

The overall stay was pretty much as we expected; the pictures and descriptions in the VRBO listing were right on. The views from the rooms and balcony were fantastic. The bed king size bed was very comfortable. We liked the large shower, which was nicer that the shower/tub combo the we had in a similar unit on a previous visit. The kitchen was also well stocked, only missing a whisk.
The place was getting a little tired; a fresh coat of paint and some other updating could help The only other weakness was the air conditioning. It didn’t cool the place on our first day of the visit after the place was closed. It didn’t really affect our visit since it really didn’t get too hot and the breezes kept the place perfect. I’m not sure how it would be during warmer weather.
Breath taking view, super comfortable king bed, convenience location, and Michael is extremely accommodating and helpful.
Nice view of the ocean from my room. It met my needs. There was noise from ongoing construction, but went well overall.

Room itself is spacious and clean, but the building is very old and major repair is going on from 9am to 4:30 pm. Noise like someone drilling your wall, si we can't stay the place at all. Its oceanfront but not beach front either
I learned the difference between ocean view and beach view. We could see the water, but what the photos don’t show are the ricks and sand bags. The view is blocked at pool. So you have to drive to get Beach. Honestly I would have been better off at a near by property with good amenities and beach access with no view. The property is well stocked with beach towels and snorkel gear and pots and pans. The TV coverage was subpar. I could never get the TV in the bedroom to work. I think the big miss in this is the location.
Great stay. Enjoyed watching whales every morning from the balcony, and also seeing sea turtles! Conveniently located, great location. Heated pool was an added benefit and the grills were impressively clean. Would return!
Overall very nice. Not so good all the NOISY CONSTRUCTION everday but Sat n Sun. Room was great, view was great and got to see alot of whales all 7 days.
We had a very lovely stay. Condo is located in a great area of Maui. Amazing views from the balcony and bedroom of the condo.
