The view of the pool and ocean are awesome a definite plus for this condo
Lovely condo, great view of ocean and close to the pool, but not a lot of noise from that area. Roberta & Chuck were very responsive, easy peasy check in/out. Condo was well stocked, loved the big coffee cups for my daily Kona coffee on the lanai. Were there last week of Feb., saw whales breaching everyday, what a site to see!! Turtleswere plentiful too!! Felt very safe, on & off the property. great shops within walking distance. Already planning my return!!
Very nice property but lost the aloha when the lock changed before our checkout time
We were pleased with the location, which was close to shops, restaurants and great beaches/snorkeling. The host was very accessible and provided us with great information and instructions.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful property! We were heartbroken to have to leave this amazing condo! The pictures and description on the ad are 100% accurate. The owners communicated everything about the check in and check out process perfectly and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The resort is in a very convenient and quiet area in Kahana. The beach, restaurants & shopping were all within easy walking distance. The location of the condo within the resort is also fantastic. Because it's on the ground level, it's only a few steps to the pool/bbq area and it has a great view of the ocean from the Lanai. The condo is fully stocked with quality appliances. Having a washer/dryer was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in closet was roomy enough for all of our clothes and gear. I can't say enough good things about this condo. Drinking coffee every morning on the lanai was the perfect way to start each day and watching the sunset from the same seat was an amazing way to end it. I absolutely recommend this condo and we'll be staying here next time we're in Maui. Mahalo!
We had a lovely stay at the Royal Kahana! We came to town for a family wedding and it was a very convenient location as well as beautiful property. The condo was clean, well organized and all of the amenities of the property were fantastic. 10/10!
A little dated. If it rains, there is a constant waterfall dripping by bedroom window.

Loved first floor. Easy in easy out with luggage. Steps to pool great view. Have never stayed anywhere this well equipped with what you may need.
The building is well cared for and the pool area is very nice. The BBQ area and Tiki torches are excellent.
The unit is clean and comfortable. The access to the pool from the unit is great.
You have to take a short walk to the beach but it’s also nice and sandy. It has areas for snorkeling, surfing and a calmer area for swimming.
I was impressed with the friendly staff. Always willing to help
