Kamaole Sands #3-404 is a top floor two bedroom, two bath condo in Kamaole Sands located in Building 3. It is ideally situated to enjoy Ocean, Garden and Pool views from the spacious, extra-deep private lanai. This lovely area is meticulously tiled with stone and is supplied with a patio table and four chairs, a pair of loungers, and additional stacking chairs so you can enjoy a meal, sunset cocktails, or even your morning coffee as you experience the view of the tropical courtyard and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and the tropical-themed dining table provides a comfortable place for your family to enjoy your breakfast or dinner, and enough space to gather the family to plan your daily adventures. The island breakfast bar supplies additional dining options.
The spiral staircase ushers you into the beautiful master bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings where you can stretch out on a king bed while being cooled by the split system A/C, or the ceiling fan, if you prefer. The suite includes a private bathroom with an updated walk-in shower. On the main floor, the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a/c, a ceiling fan and a SmartTV. The full size guest bath includes updated tile in the shower/tub combo, and the vanity provides a granite counter top. The living room is equipped with split system air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a recliner, and a queen-sized sofa bed. It also supplies a large SmartTV and complimentary wifi. Kamaole Sands #3-404 provides a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, and snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. We had an amazing time. The pool area and gym were great for our family. A short walk to the beach if you want. Me and my husband took our children aged 20 and 17. You can see the ocean from the balcony. We used the pull out couch. We do wish there were extra pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch. Overall the place was clean and central to many sites. We would book it again.

My family and I (spouse and 3 teen/adult children) stayed at Kamaole Sands for the Thanksgiving break. We had an amazing time, the grounds were very well kept and the unit had everything we needed to cook/grill for the week. The beds were very comfortable and 2 of my adult children slept on the queen sofa bed and had no complaints. The unit also had beach chairs and towles a beach umbrella, and snorkel gear for us to use. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. It was a quick easy walk to the beach (Kam III) and shops.

We came to Kihei for a family vacation with our adult children, their partners, and some extended family. We booked three Kamaole Sands condos to accommodate us all and this unit was by far our favorite! The view of the ocean is fabulous and the tall ceilings make it feel very roomy, even when we had several of us there at dinner time. The open concept makes it perfect for accommodating the group while also allowing everyone to be part of the gathering. We cooked many meals here, and the condo is very well equipped with kitchen utensils and supplies. It is also well stocked with beach towels and supplies, which allowed us to make wonderful memories on Maui's many beaches. The condo had plenty of bath towels and super comfortable beds. This condo is wonderful for a group of 6, but I would book it again even if it was just my husband and myself.

Nice facility and nice set up. Bummer the pool was closed one day but we did get a partial refund for the inconvenience. Recommend this place for your family vacation.

Great place for our family of six. The place was as advertised and had everything we needed! The resort was also great with friendly staff and easy access to an awesome beach.
